Being from out of town and in Vagina I decided to go out of my way and pick up some ammo at B.P.S. while there I noticed that they had shorts on sale for $19.95. After taking twenty minutes to find the right size and color I wanted, I see the fine print on the sale sign. My size is $5 more. I tried the cell phone pocket to see if my phone fit. As I put the pant back I turn around to see a sales clerk checking me out as she is talking on her radio. I found another rack full of shorts size 46-50 priced at $19.95 with no added small print. As Im checking out the clerk charges me the $24.95 price. I tried to explain to her about the sign and she wanted to hold up the line while she had someone check the price. Just because you dont see me in a wheel chair, Im still a 100% disabled vet, Im 74 yrs of age, plus a ordained pastor, Im not taking advantage of anyone. I left without the pants. Frank J

Went to this store today as I have several times since it opened and today was the worst experience Ive had there. I mustve passed fifteen employees not one ask if i needed help. Went to the gun counter to look at a Winchester model 70 I wanted stood there awhile nobody ever tried to help me or at least tell me thered be right with me in a minute.....nothing......also Im hearing about them turning away kids wanting to see santa at the Christmas town they put on every year. Sad just sad. Sorry bass pro but I wont be back to your stores and I hope others realize theres no deals at bass pro just a big nice store with over priced junk and rude employees

I love the relaxed atmosphere and the friendly staff. The location is great, with a large theater, several restaurants, and more shopping nearby. The walking trail in front of the parking lot is wonderful for picnics. And the bowling alley inside is a lot of fun. There are kids activities during the year that my preteen loves and that would be appropriate for a wide variety of ages. These encourage kids to enjoy the outdoors. I find the prices are a bit lower than Cabelas and the selection is different. Not lower quality, but different items. I shop at both stores and like them equally.

Today we took our daughter to see Santa. We got there at 6 pm two hours before the time Santa was suppose to close. As soon as we walked through the door there was a lady there to meet us, telling us that they had given out the last santa pass and that my daughter could not go see Santa. As I was standing there with my crying child a handful of other parents were dealing with the same thing. This experience was suppose to be a magical one for my daughter that turned into tears and her now "hating" Santa cause he wouldnt see her.

The staff followed me and my fiance around giving us weird looks and staring us down. FYI Bass pro Shops JUST BECAUSE we have tattoos doesnt mean we are thieves!!! Weve never stolen ANYTHING in our lives!! My fiance made OVER $1000 this week and we were there to get his and his dads fathers day presents. Our first time in the store and get treated like that. I love the store and their inventory! But, a little bit expensive also!

Over rated to me. I have never purchased one item there. It is a beautiful store but I think it is expensive. Just nothing I need there. No one has ever gone out of their way to help me or anyone that is ever with me. In fact an employee of Bass Pro Shops has never spoke to me or anyone in my shopping party. No one has ever been rude at all but I just dont see the appeal other than the interesting taxidermy and live animal display.

I went yesterday to exchange a crossbow my son got for Christmas I didnt have the receipt cuz my husband had purchased it. The cashier told me the policy they have to exchange the item I would have to pay another 10$ even tho it had all the pieces and the bass pro sticker the store placed on the box. She called the manager and he ended up exchanging the item with no charge. Thank u manager because u made my sons night.

It is way overpriced! I ordered the Tournament Burger and my wife ordered the Rueben. The description for the tournament burger is a Mound of bacon, but there was barley any on it. And my wifes fries tasted like fish batter. I ordered onion rings with my meal, which costed an extra $1.95, and they gave me 5 small onion rings. It took a long time for someone to wait on us and took even longer for us to get our food.

Such a nice store. Has a restaurant and a bowling alley. As long as you like camping, fishing, hunting, or any other outdoor activity this is a great store for you. Has a great view from the entrance can see all of the Pinnacle. There are only one set of bathrooms in the main store. You can reach the store and the other Pinnacle stores in less than 10 minutes as long as youre on Highway 81.

This place is a beautiful, beautiful store. However I have never been able to purchase anything there at all. It is very over priced not to mention I have never ever been spoken to by an associate. No one that works there has even said hello to me much less if they could help me find anything. Sad. But is sure is pretty and the live animal display is always clean and attractive.

This is by far the best place to go for an outdoors experience. The aquarium is a main attraction for kids. I recommend you go at least once for the feeding. Try the bowling alley and grill as well. Sometimes the timeshare people inside the store can be really annoying. Just avoid the guns section and you will miss them.

Stopped in here for some trailer tires. Turns out what I needed was on sale for less than half the price that Bass pro had and they directed me to another store! This is amazing service and I will not hesitate to come back to Bass pro for any of my fishing needs. Would give six stars if I could.

Customer service around the store was great but when we checked out we were completely ignored while 4 employees discussed a scratch off ticket. Although the lady was in the process of checking us out so said maybe 4 words. Insanely rude and a manager was partaking in the discussion.

Easy access from 81. Great place for just about anything you need for outdoor goods. The store is really not as big as you would think and that does limit how much product can be kept on hand. Restaurant, large aquarium and bowling add to the experience.

What a awesome place. Fish swimming around you while you try to bowl. Great for the kids and definitely different. Bass Pro Shops, great place to kill time and spend some money, a lot of money if you are not careful. They do it right when they do it!

This store has more themed display, which is gorgeous. The selection here is great! The boat docks to get on and look at boats is awesome! It also has an open connection to Uncle Bucks fish bowl and grill! Youll have a good time just visiting!
