Folks, having been self-employed for well over twenty five years before retiring, I have dealt with numerous printers for various products from Golf shirts to banners. Recently, I was referred to a Brandon area printer, who does virtually all of the print work for the local Church we attend. The order was simple, but definitely a specialty T shirt for our Pastor. Contacting that local printer and providing them with the basic, essential information I wanted on the T shirt (1) I felt I was in "Good Hands." I couldnt have been more wrong...After waiting patiently for over two weeks I decided to call the printer to find out what the Hell happened... The long and short of it, they had absolutely no excuse for not getting back with me to tell me "They were too busy to:Provide me an estimate for the specialty T shirt and 2. Let alone taking an order for the T shirt." To put it mildly I was a little more than disappointed with the treatment I had been "given" by the referred printer... It was inexcusable conduct at the very best... The printer had enough "cooth" and knowledge about local printers to refer me to Big Frog. I called Big Frog and spoke to Michael on a Thurs. afternoon advising him of what I wanted printed on the T shirt. Michael was extremely cordial and polite telling me "Stop by any time and well get it done for you." The following afternoon, I called Michael to give him a "heads up" as promised that I would be by the shop in about an hour. I arrived at his shop @ approx. 3:15PM meeting his brother and partner Nick, who let Michael know I was in the showroom. It was apparent they had just moved into their new location, a beautiful store to say the very least. Michael came out, I explained what I wanted printed on the T shirt, decided on one of his better T shirt brands and he immediately gave me a price. I said "O.K." mistakenly thinking he would have the shirt ready in a day or two, which was fine with me.. Michael caught me as I was turning around to leave the shop and said, "Where ya going? I can make this shirt for you NOW. Can you wait 15 min.?" Astonished with the SERVICE I was being given for just one T shirt, I replied, "Sure." 17 min. later I was back in my car with the T shirt and calling my wife to tell her HOW IMPRESSED I was with Big Frogs SERVICE. Undoubtedly, I will give any and all print related business to Big Frog hereafter... You simply cant find SERVICE like was delivered to me that Friday afternoon in many businesses these days and these guys KNOW what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT!

They are amazing! Anything you want on a shirt they can do it for you. I have gone there multiple times and this last time brought a friend with me. She ended up getting a shirt as well because of how great they are. The shirts they create there are well-made. They dont just steam a picture on a shirt, they actually print it onto the shirt. The employees they have at this store are incredible as well. They take your idea and usually it comes out even better than you thought it would. I HIGHLY recommend BIG FROG. Prices are reasonable and their products are incredible!

I requested 2 custom shirts late in the day that I needed the very next day. I was hoping for a miracle basically. Big frog reached out by email within about an hour or so. We finalized everything via email that night. They called me as soon as they opened the next morning, took my payment and told me my shirts would be ready in 5 minutes! Amazing customer service and finished product. Ill definitely refer friends and return myself.

This place is really great and wish i had known about it sooner. I came in for the first time looking for a very specific shirt idea and everything went way better then i expected. John i believe his name was helped me, he was very friendly and knew his stuff. We found a picture online that he modified in a few clicks and i was out the door way way faster then i expected. Will be coming back with more fun shirt ideas for sure.

Very professional and friendly shirts are good quality art is so endless I came by June 27 early hour of the day need a shirt for my daughter cause we were going to Medieval Times the next following day I had a king shirt for me a Queen shirt for my wife but I couldnt find nothing for my daughter so I came by the store and within 10 minutes they gave me exactly what I needed and wanted ...very happy and very pleased!!

Usually I dont write reviews, but in this case I will. I have been trying to finish my shirts for weeks, and Ive emailed Big Frog, and they have not answered me at all! Ive called and Ive been deliberately hung up on! I had to drive all the way over there just to have my question answered, and I was sent back to square one, their email! Its quite frustrating to do this. I feel this just needed to be said.

I have done business with this company on multiple occasions and they have always been helpful and easy to deal with. They always worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and then produced an excellent product at a reasonable price. My grandchildren have loved having customized shirts and hoodies. It was quick and painless. When I visited the store they saw that I had a one year old with me and said that I could just e-mail (since I didnt have it with me) the pictures and pay over the phone. Which was a great help. They were on point on calling me when my order was done; they even emailed me as well so they covered their bases. I would definitely go to them again

The shirts are quality made, no thin materials. The printing is so lightweight, you cant even feel it on the shirt. No cracking and peeling! I received 4 shirts in the wrong size and once I notified them, they had the correct size printed and ready for me in less than 24 hours. I will use Big Frog in Valrico for all my t-shirt needs!

Love this place!! Cardinal Roofing gets custom "blingy" logo shirts for our special events. Its so great, as each employee can pick the exact shirt they want to fit their personal style. We have also used them for a group shirt for my moms 60th birthday cruise. Very impressed with the personalized service and final product!
