My first time shopping at Marshalls (Westgate) for clothes. I am very disappointed with the quality of the shirts that I purchased. I purchased four of them, they all seemed irregular and didnt fit properly so I returned them on Jan 3rd 2016. As of today, Jan 11th, they still have not credited my account for the returns. I spoke with the manager a couple days ago. She was dismissive and unhelpful. She said as long as I had my return receipt, thats all they can do and I would have to call my credit card company. My credit card company has no information from Marshalls regarding the return. Looks like I may be filing a claim in small claims court. Magically, less than 24 hours after this post, Marshalls credited my my account for the returns.

Thank God, I moved, and now this Marshalls is only 8 minutes away from me, because I would have never went back to the one in the steelyard. This Marshalls is pretty nice, the clearance rack actually had awesome deals, and the prices were reasonable. The lady in the fitting room was helpful and the cashiers moved quickly! No long lines or anything, it has a relaxed vibe and atmosphere, I purchased 6 button downs and two pairs of pants for a total of $93.00. This is definitely my new go to store for shopping.

Oh how I love Marshalls. First off I like that they carry a variety of brands, anything from general brands to top ones like Calvin Klein, Kate Spade and Michael Kors. Their inventory changes constantly which is good because you rarely see the same items each time you go. But, this means if you like something you better snag it up on that visit. Out of the Marshalls in the area, this one is my personal favorite. They keep their store organized and clean. The folks working are nice and efficient workers.

Good quality items for pretty low prices. Marshalls is a great place to find unexpected deals, but it is often difficult to locate an item when you go in with a specific item in mind.
