I came in with an online purchase that was a gift with the receipt. I wanted to receive store credit for the return, buy a pair of pants that I wanted and pay the difference. I went to the customer desk and was told that she is going to be a while and that the front desk could take unless it was an online purchase. I told her that it was online and she then rolled her eyes and said it was going to be a while. I said no problem I am going to shop may I leave these here while I find what I want. She replied no you can not you have to hold onto them. I said ok and found the pants I wanted came back to the desk for the exchange and then she puts the credit back to the purchaser card on file. I tried to explain what I wanted to do and she said sorry it will take a day and sales will have to correct it. She was rude and for someone reason was trying to spite me because I wanted her to work. She had a horrible attitude. I walked away and then asked for the pants I wanted back. I then went to the front to make the purchase because I wanted the pants but I had a tough time making the purchase from the service I recieved. The gentlemen at the front apologized and understood my plight. He entered in $10 off the pants and I appreciated the gesture. The customer service desk women working Sunday evening 7/2/17 was absolutely terrible.

Worst manger with the worst customers service i ever seen .im not sure how can they make profit and still open with this stuff.it is sad but Im sure they will close soon

Disorganized and sloppy. Theyve had the same dress slacks for 2 years and theyre tossed on a rack and mis-priced.
