Their customer service is terrible we ordered a custom red velvet cake for a family birthday party. We took it home and put it in the freezer. When it was time to cut the cake it was not what we ordered. They said come back we will refund your money . We took a picture of the cake just in case. We got to the store and the manager said her boss said you need to bring the cake back. Here is a picture of the cake. It has been cut that is how we found out it was not red velvet . It had not been eaten . We had the receipt, a picture of the cake that was not right. She said we had To go and get the cake and bring it back to the store. We went back got the cake and brought it back . They didnt even check the bag the person took the bag to the back and through it in the garbage. When I saw that I asked for my money back . When we got our money back we went to Publix bakery and got exactly what we wanted . It was just a Bad experience overall they lost a lot of customers last night. So are you going to trust them on a custom order cake.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! experience at this Coldstone Creamery matches the many negative reviews detailing the rudeness of the owner and employees. I had the misfortune of the owner taking my order and he was literally yelling at me and my 5 year old son. He was also rushing, despite my request to slow down. I have only been to one other Coldstone and my son has never been to one, so we needed time to decide which this angry rude owner simply would not provide. I ordered the "Strawberry Blonde" and when I noted that he only put in one strawberry, he said that was the preset amount. In addition, he got my sons order wrong. The saddest part was that I had worked all day that Saturday and took my son with me and I took him for ice cream to reward him for being so good at my office. The owner completely ruined what was to be a nice reward for him.

I love Cold Stone ice cream. On Tuesday November 4th, I went to the Cold Stone Creamery in Brandon at opening time. There was one young man there serving. He assisted me with selecting my order and when completed, I gave him what I thought was $5.00 to supplement a gift card, in order to pay for my order. The young man handed me back a $5.00 bill. Confused, I told him that it was to pay for the order. He then quietly told me, you gave me two $5.00 bills, they were stuck together. I stared at the young man in absolute amazement!! I was looking at an HONEST clerk and exclaimed "You are an honest man!" I do hope he was not insulted. So to the owners of this franchise, you have not only have a competent and gracious employee, but an honest one as well, in addition to a great product line.

I just moved to Florida from Indiana, and I am extremely disappointed in the service I recieved here. I had all my hole punches for the buy 9 get one free card and I came in and handed it directly to the girl working. She said Im sorry, we cant accept this but let me go get my manager. The manager came out and asked where I recieved the card, and I told him I was from Indiana and used it several places in Lafayette and West Lafayette. He went on to tell me that he cant accept it because it looked like a "photo copy" because the card didnt have an address on the back like his did... ARE YA KIDDING ME? Of course mine looks different its from a diffrent state! I wish I knew who to call above the rude manager because I would. RUDE.

Dont ever go here! I found a dead roach in my ice cream. Not only did I find a dead roach but when I asked to see the manager one employee told me she told me that the manager wasnt there, but was watching the place at home. I politely asked the employee to call the manager because I wanted to talk to her. The employee said that wouldnt be a problem. She called the manager and when she told the manager what happened, the manger said it wasnt important enough to deal with. She also told the employee not to give me a refund (but the employee did anyway). If you want good ice cream dont go to this store. You might find a dead bug in your ice cream too.

I enlisted this location to cater a corporate ice cream party as a little perk for our employees. Dan, the manager, and his two employees were fantastic! From the minute we booked and picked our flavors in store to when they walked out the door they were a pleasure to work with. Very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Our staff loved the event and had no complaints. That NEVER happens with 200+ people. Ice cream catering may be a little unconventional but a great idea in this Florida heat and this Cold Stone location is the best choice. Plus- you can never beat Cold Stone ice cream. Yum!

Upset at the fact that you dont close until 11 pm. I show up to your restaurant for ice cream at 1030, and YOU all say you put the ice cream away already. Not happy, was looking forward to my usual, and the staff was not interested in taking back out the chocolate ice cream. Brought to their attention that they dont close for another 30 minutes, but the look was of they dont care....I will go to Bloomingdale location then, they are friendlier any way. Providence locaton can continue with their chip on there shoulders..dont deserve my money.

What can I say about this place... stopped in yesterday and have been going there for about 2 years and Dan the Owner is just a super guy knowing how to run a professional friendly business. I met Meredith yesterday and she is the most friendly cheerful person with great conversation skills, just made my day with an awesome banana milkshake. I highly recommend this business they have the best of everything a child or grownup could want regarding delicious ice cream. Who doesnt love Ice Cream from Coldstone Creamery.

This location as the best staff! The ice cream is delicious of course! The owner cares and gives back to the community. Recently I had this location cater my daughters birthday party. They brought coolers of icecream and toppings and it was wonderful- all the guests loved it!

Was a bit disappointed with the ice cream. Friendly service but pricey product. The ice cream felt "gummy", like it had some kind of additive, and it was not your "dense-packed" style of ice cream... more like whipped-up and airy. At $3+ for a scoop, thats not worth repeating.

We had a very large party and we were all served fast and with wonderful attitudes. Everyone was smiling and welcoming. The ice cream was delicious as well. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

Yeah, its all good here. I dont think you could go wrong with whatever you select. My favorite shake is a combo of chocolate and coffee with hot fudge blended in. Try it with a pinch of salt!
