If less than one star was possible I would. Owners are horrible at scheduling an have horrible coustmer service. My fiancé and I were going to have these people make cake pops for our wedding and a while setup. So we have our first meeting owner doesnt even show because she didnt remember even talking to my fiancé who had called her just a few days before setting up said appointment wasnt even at the store had to wait over an hour. After the meeting everything seems fine told to come back to finalize everything a few month before the weeding here we are 2 month before our wedding and we go to finalize our cake and cake pops and guess what again no one was there and no was gonna even come into help us No appologies nothing. Now we are trying to get ahold of said owners we have called over r10 times We have paid money for the decorations and what not. Never have I been so disappointed in a business in my life and now my fiancé and I are running around trying to figure this out no thanks to these people

I ordered star wars characters for my boyfriends birthday. We went on a dinner cruise with family and when it was time for dessert. Everyone enjoyed the way they looked but they made everyones mouth, fingers and teeth black. Some people wouldnt eat them. They were smaller than the normal cakes. I knew they would charge me more since they were customized but $4 each for half the size of their regular cake balls was outrageous. I was so embarrassed when people didnt get their desssert. Thank goodness the dinner cruise had pie to offer. I wanted to do something extra special and was so upset by the end of the evening because I end up have to apologize to everyone and running to the bathroom the hand people wet naps to wipe their hands and lips.

We recently ordered a cake from Sweet Doctors. The quality of the design was so poor we had to refuse the cake. They wanted to charge us $60 for a poorly done fondant square on a barely iced round cake. Basic geometric shapes were poorly cut (squares and triangles) and they managed to flip the logo so it was upside down. On top of this, all we received for our dissatisfaction was an unempathetic "sorry about the cake." They made absolutely no effort to correct their error. When I attempted to call back, the employee admitted to ignoring my calls for 30 minutes. I cant vouch for their cake balls (their specialty), but I can say their cake decorating and customer service is horrible.

While driving to the mall on our Honeymoon, we passed a sign for Sweet Doctors. We figured we would stop in within the next day or two. Lucky for us they had a little kiosk set up inside the mall and I had the most delicious cake ball I had ever eaten - it was strawberry. My husbad got a cookie and it was gone within seconds. We got some more cake balls and I couldnt decide between flavors so the man gave us one for free. They were all wonderful. The next day we went to the actual store for italian ice and we both got superman and it was delicious as well!

These deserts are amazing!! Sweet Doctors is a classy and amazing business, their customer service is amazing!! Their cake-balls are amazing! I highly recommend Sweet Doctors to anyone looking to get custom cakes designed. They are a local family owned business, and they treat everyone like family. I rated this company 5-stars because they deserve every star. I would give them more stars, if I had the option to do so.

That first bite of the dipped cupcake had me in euphoria. Second bite restarted my life and now I sit here staring at my last cupcake deciding weather or not I should tell my wife about it, and just go get more for her later.

Came in to get desserts before a dinner party. The cheesecake was delicious. Very moist but not overly sweet. Also got cupcakes, although they have not yet been tried.
