The owners negative and belligerent response to this review, if still available and unedited, sums up my experience precisely, strange and unsettling. Dont fall for the staged reviews and photos. This place is a hole in the wall passing itself off as some sort of upscale coffee house /funnel cake/ice cream/every other thing imaginable. The parking lot is difficult to enter and exit, the store front is difficult to see, there were beer bottles and cigarette butts strewn about the front of the store and the entire shopping center seemed to give off a very off putting vibe. When I walked into the store I was accosted by some foul smell, I could not describe this other than very unpleasant and it immediately caused me to loose my appetite for any kind of food. The place was empty and seemed to be struggling. I decided to stay because of a cheap Groupon offer I had purchased just to see if they were worth driving past the other funnel cake/ice cream places in the area. The cashier, who I assume is the owner, was quick enough to accept my Groupon and then charged me nearly $2 for a can of Coke, but refused to accept and honor a separate Groupon that was purchased by my guest. The reason given was "the fine print". Overall this was a very strange and slightly upsetting experience. Im thinking that the owners need more experience in customer service and restaurant operations. Just a word of advice to the owner, operating a restaurant is mostly about guest satisfaction and that encompasses a wide array of tasks. From the appearance and smell of your store to the quality taste, price and presentation of your food. It encompasses the exterior and interior of your store. It means that the guest is always right. It means going out of your way to give your guests what they want. It means not arguing about why you wont accept a coupon that brought new customers to you because of the fine print. When you are standing behind that counter speaking to your guests, putting money in your little cash register should be the last thing on your mind. Take care of your guests and the money will come. As others have said, this is a localy owned business and for that I wish them success, however I will not be back.

Delicious and Amazing. Ive been there more than once and I can truly tell you that this place is amazing. Ive had the cheesy fries with bacon and my wife had the funnel cake and we both loved it. She will give you her own review. They have good service and they are really nice people. Food is usually ready fast. Its a comfy, clean and nice place to have a cup of coffee or a shake alone or with friends. You can customize your funnel cake any way you want. You should definitively try the fries. Actually, you should try everything. Took a funnel cake and fried oreos home just for me. Trust me, the funnel cakes are huge. The place is easy to miss, but once you go in and have a taste of their desserts, you will be back. I guarantee it. I know I will.

Had a nice time here with my family... The coffee was great and the funnel cakes themselves are perfectly delicious and were perfectly cooked... Honestly this would be a 5 star review but for the fact that I thought they could go more extravagant with the toppings especially the fruit... I had strawberries with Nutella which was delicious but the thick crispy funnel cake called for more than a scattering of thin strawberry slices and a drizzle of Nutella... Overall really good tho and my whole crew is looking forward to returning...

What a pleasant surprise! Locally owned, independent small business. Very easy to drive by and miss. But inside, an array of very tasty desserts and snacks. Good coffees & fruit smoothies. And has some of the fun foods from the State Fair - fried Oreos, and, of course, their signature funnel cakes. Just a fun place to stop in and grab a short snack. Oh, and Free Wi-Fi. The owners are a young couple and I hope this place does well. We need more original, independent shops like this.

I thought with the name that the funnel cakes would be amazing but they were terrible. Very hard, over cooked and flavorless. On top of that we were the only 2 people in the whole place and it took them over 30 minutes to make us 2 funnel cakes. We also tried the cheesecake which was a disappointment as well. It was one overly priced bad experience. We will not be going back.

5 stars is too little compared to what I would rate this place. Excellent service, a decent variety of toppings for the funnel cakes, the place looks amazing and most importantly the funnel cakes are delicious. I seriously recommend this place to anyone. excellent job! keep it up!

Went here with a whole bunch of friends.. great coffee place atmosphere.. friendly and helpful staff.. everything was cozy and just right! Food was delicious.. good coffee.. happy to support local!

Not sure how you mess up a funnel cake but we ordered two. One was burnt and the both were totally tasteless. Very disappointing!
