We purchased carpet for two bedrooms, CoreTec vinyl for our entry stairs and porcelain tile for our lanai from Flooring America. We were impressed with the quality of the products Flooring America offered and the service their salesman, Todd Seidel, provided. Todd certainly understands the products and answered all of our questions. Each installation was well done and the installers were knowledgeable of their craft, obviously taking pride in a job well done. The carpet in one of the bedrooms didnt look right after the installation. We didnt know why but we could see one seam where the carpet was put together. It was quite obvious and something we had never seen before when purchasing and installing new carpet elsewhere. We brought a picture to show Todd who immediately agreed that isnt how it is supposed to look. The carpet installer and Taylor from the office came by in a couple of days to assess it. Both agreed it was a manufacturer defect and Taylor would file a claim to replace the entire rooms carpet. In a few days I received a call from an independent flooring inspector to come and assess the carpet. After he saw it, he confirmed it was a manufacturer defect and the carpet was replaced last week. It looks great. In all, we have been very pleased with Flooring America. There was never a hesitation in making the defective carpet right and they didnt expect payment until it was completed. Although this was the first time weve purchased from Flooring America, we would definitely purchase from them again. We will also recommend them, as we already have, to our friends and others. They are nice people to work with. They stand behind their product and their installations. If there is a problem, as in our case with the carpet, they work with their customer to resolve the issue to the customers satisfaction. They truly believe in providing excellent customer service and quality products.

What a strange experience! I needed carpet for a house I was remodeling. I noticed a Flooring America van occasionally parked at the house next door. It turned out that one of the owners of Flooring America lived there. Great!, or so I thought. I visited the store and talked with a nice salesman. He said that he would send the owners son (guy who lived next door) over to show me some samples and give me an estimate. I waited about two weeks before he showed up. During that time I saw him outside his house and talked to him. I thought maybe hed come over and take a look at my project. No, he apparently didnt have time. When he eventually showed up to take the measurements he seemed like a nice person. We had a good conversation. He left saying that hed work up some figures for me and get back to me. That was the last I saw or heard of him. I ended up spending over $5,000 with Home Depot, and Im very happy with the carpet and the installation. I dont know what happened but all I can figure is that my purchase was too small for this Flooring America to bother with. Id have more respect for them if they had just told me that from the start rather than waste my time.

We are so happy with our decision to purchase our flooring from Flooring America. We shopped the big box stores and flooring chains. We were able to save money through Flooring America but the biggest benefit for us was the service. We were able speak with flooring experts who took time to identify our flooring needs and provide us with a higher quality flooring at a better price. They installation was able to be done the same week as we ordered the flooring and we were also able to finance the entire project for 18 months no interest! The installers were friendly and thorough in their job, very professional, cleaning up the entire work project before leaving. We are so grateful for the wonderful job they did and for the service Flooring America provided!

Flooring America is the place to go if you want a quality product, install job, and a smooth process. Taylor Clark at Flooring America was very responsive, professional, and offered great advice. He never rushed us on making a decision and was wonderful to work with. Dennis McDonald installed the carpet and he did an Outstanding job! Dennis was professional, careful with our freshly painted walls, did a great clean up job, and made our stairs look 100% better with the fitted technique he used. We used a big name carpet store in on a separate project and found out the hard way that their service and installation quality were horrible - the simple job turned into a big headache. Definitely recommend working with Flooring America!

Great place to shop for area rugs! Wonderful, high quality materials with a large inventory to choose from. Owner was extremely knowledgeable, worked with us to find rugs that would work well in our new home, and will allow exchanges if not satisfied after the rug is taken home. Will follow up with additional review after I return one rug that didnt work with my color scheme. Forget about Lowes, Home Depot and the furniture stores with poor quality. Taylor Clark was terrific to work with. He helped us with the coordination of a reflooring and repainting of our condo. He referred us to a local excellent interior painter and coordinated the schedule for both jobs. We were able to make our tight deadlines for both jobs. The quality of materials and workmanship on the flooring was excellent and everyone showed up on schedule. Followup was superior as well. The prices were reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend this flooring company!

Great service. I was on a tight budget, and Auda was helpful in finding me a good white subway tile and picking a light gray grout. The installers were on time, careful, and clean. They were patient with my questions, and had a suggestion for fixing a gap at the window sill that was a perfect solution. The job looked great when done. Super happy with Flooring America, and highly recommend them over the big box stores and some other smaller tile operations.

We bought Core-Tec vinyl flooring for our living area, carpet for a bedroom and an area rug for a portion of the living area. The products were excellent, the installation was fast, clean and well done and the sales person was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Price was competitive and relatively low.
