Worst Home Depot EVER!!!! I was there to purchase 1500 worth of flooring. I had questions and went to find someone to help. I am standing in the isle yelling at this employee because he was to lazy to get out of his chair to walk over and help. Then another employee walked by I Got her attention and asked for a specific floor brand i found on there website. She stated "we dont carry that at this store" no look it up no let me check another store no nothing! I was now very frustrated with the lack of giving a damn. I decided im not spending my money here and walked out on the way i ran into yet another employee i told her"The customer service in this store is horrible" she replied "I know" On my way to LOWES.... I AM IN RETAIL AND RUN A 1.5 MILLION DOLLAR STORE IF YOUR NOT 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED YOU WILL FAIL.

The Home Depot at Fox Hollow and 19 is the best Home Depot around. Other Home Depot stores in this area when the employee see you they run the store at 19 and Fox Hollow they come to you they are courteous they are polite they are extremely professional the cashiers are top-flight I have nothing but good things to say about that Home Depot Ed the woman they took away from there should be back there running it again Stacy and Michelle and Cindy at the contractors desk are top-notch they are fabulous they need all the credentials they can get they are really good employees for Home Depot Russell Hall thank you

We bought two appliances (one off the floor, paid $45 for a delivery charge for one) and then spent a great deal of money to buy products for our home (three trips in all). We had our appliances delivered (one from an outsourced company that Home Depot didnt know the name of -imagine that)...some scum steals something from our home. No follow up on Home Depots part -- just a lot of calls on ours to see if our "misplaced" item would be returned. POOR Customer Service. The message is clear. You let people steal from your customers. Were going to Lowes from now on.

Very helpful non employees. They (employees) like helping MEN not WOMEN. 2 people Men were helped I was there searching all the time. When the employees were through helping the men they just walked away from me when I was standing right in front of them and I made a comment boy I guess they dont like helping women and the man said what do you need there and I told him he says oh well I can help you Im a plumber and he showed me exactly what I needed what a nice guy. What I thought I needed I didnt need and this is what I end up getting.

Horrible service, spent $600 5 minutes before close. Said i needed help loading. The staff said give them a minute and they would help me. As soon as i stepped outside they locked the door and said sorry noone could help me load they were closed! They didnt even have twine to secure my purchases outside! After almost 20 minutes someone finally opened the door. Handed me twine and locked the door immediately! Worst customer service ever!

returns were easy, employees are very nice and helpful. I normally dislike home depot because the employees in most I have been in ignore what you say and tell you how hey think it should be fixed. This one, very nice, very helpful, everyone there is very pleasant. As far as stock and prices, all about the same as the other home depots.

We make many trips to this store after the purchase of our home. Michael has been very helpful in all our need as well as the girl at service desk. I wished all of the employees were trained in all departments as well and the gentleman in door dept. Sam I think, also was helpful . I thank all who make our trip pleasant.

Helpful staff! I needed serveral items and I dreaded walking up and down the aisles. The young lady behind the counter asked if she could help. I needed four items. She wrote down all the aisle numbers I needed. I was also helped finding the right filter. Great experience. I was in and out in no time!

Typical Home Depot store, but in an older location. Parking lot is not always as clean as it should be , but not horrible. Parking is plentiful , but they might consider adding more handicap spots. Employees are generally helpful and courteous.

For a smaller Home Depot lots of inventory. Friendly cashiers. Staff too busy putting up stock to answer questions. Loading help is very minimal even for the disabled.

There arent too many stores here any more. Home Depot and JoAnns are the two major stores in the plaza. The plaza is easy to access and has ample parking.
