WORSTE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD SHOPPING! Customer service is lacking to the point of non existence! Bought a riding mower, it was delivered the day before yesterday. Worked for 20 minutes then just stopped, will not start. We purchased the extended protection plan, they came to our house twice, they claim, but never contacted us, we had to call the store to find this out, the so called tech said his manager was supposed to call us and never did, we had to call them again, then they tried to claim it was not the mowers fault it stopped working! THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THESE IDIOTS CLAIMED, IT WAS NOT THE MOWERS FAULT! Not only was the store incompetent, they literally hung up on my wife three times, and still refused to do anything about a defective product sold to us.Finally I called their corporate office and they are the ones who finally rectified the situation, refunded our money, is having the store pick up the defective mower and gave us a 10 percent discount on our next purchase, which now my wife is at the store battling with the incompetent people there who are trying to say they do not have to honor it! How can you not honor what your corporate office says? No stars, if any I give them negative ratings, but I have to give one just to post this,do not go to this store for anything!

If I could give Home Depot zero stars I would. They installed hurricane windows, the installation was defective and now I am trying to get them to fix the damage from their leaky window to my home. I cannot get anyone to call back, it is a disaster as all this was discovered during a remodel of my front hallway. It is major water damage. They dont seem to care at all that my front stairway is torn apart with no handrails because the remodel was interrupted by the discovery of the wall to the outside that was severely damaged by their leaking window. This is a dangerous situation as someone could fall and they keep promising to call me to set up an inspector to come out and then they do not call. The windows were ordered through the Bradenton Store. I consider Home Depot irresponsible and despicable. Note: I put a picture of the water damage on their Facebook page and they immediately removed it. They just want to hide how bad they are and take no responsibility.

Dont ever waste your time trying to get help or place an order in the flooring, / window treatment center. One gal who helps with design ideas and if she is busy you could wait forever. I had to go home to remeasure , to accommodate the new design and call back so she could place the order...took from from 11-6 to get the call returned, after being in the store for at least three hours trying to get this project going....an entire day ..... To top it all off, the special ordered tile , which we ordered according to her calculation of how much I would need was not enough to finish the project.....I had to redesign one area due to shortage of a specific tile ..... Never, I repeat never expect decent customer service if you need any type if customized order... Run... Go to a tile store where you will get one persons undivided attention.....

FYI Dont buy appliances here!!! I never write bad reviews but Id like to save you some headaches!! I bought a Samsung washer and dryer $2,400 set. Broke after 2nd load. Took it back to the store with receipt in hand and thats when we were informed about their NO RETURN POLICY, after 2 no show servicemen and the 3rd told me it was the mem board it would have to be ordered and have no idea when the part would come in and it would be repaired! This is unacceptable, Ive bought elsewhere and they replaced item due to a dent no questions ask, even picked it up and installed the new one! This fri i will be in my 4th week and its still broken! Very disappointed with Home Depot. I have been sharing this with all my clients that are purchasing entire homes with appliances and they are glad I did!!

I went to the paint section to ask a question about which paint to get to paint my furniture. The associate there was helping a woman in front of me and when it was my turn, remind you Im 8 months pregnant and tired, he told me to hold on. Now he wants to go complete an internet order that couldve waited. He had me standing there for 15-20 mins without saying anything to me. So this other pregnant lady behind me asked him whats the hold up and she simply said Im completing an internet order. He called for someone to help him 10mins later and she couldnt help him so shes out looking for backup also. Man I just left. Obviously they dont care if your pregnant or whatever at this location. Youre just gonna have to wait even though your body is aching. Next time Im going to Lowes

I love this Home Depot! I made the mistake of going to the Lowes down the road first...uugh, what a horrible place that Lowes is...the employees were unhelpful, and plain rude. After two bad customer service experiences at Lowes in all of 15 minutes, I decided they didnt deserve my business and headed to this Home Depot. Every employee I came in contact with was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and as friendly as can be. Home Depot gained a customer for life today due to their impeccable customer service. Who needs Lowes?? Not me. Go to this Home Depot for a refreshing customer service experience!

Work Home Depot site ever! This site needs more training and learn to be honest with customers. Order 2 countertops and recieve 1. So i call ask why. Get told it was on the vendors truck. Never get an update,so call again get told it was never paid for because the first pc had an additional charge (was never informed this) & yet i have paperwork everything has been paid. And i wont go into the hassle i dealt with on getting the 2nd pc ordered. A rep couldnt figure out the problem failed to call a manager asked me to come back another day because she was off the next day. Get it together Bradenton site!

There is no one to help , and when you find some one they say " oh this is not my department " staff is always in a bad mood horrible place ! Manager loaded my tile standing up and not laid flat I asked him if the tiles werent going to move he said " no they should be fine in the manager " as soon as I pulled out they moved and I had to pull over and fix them . I bought my fence here to and they had me walking back and forth saying just to pick it up at the front then it turns out they still didnt have it ready ! I love around here and decided not to come back to this store !

I had 2 GE washing machine deliver, both had defects which I paid for, and were returned. Then I order a Whirlpool washing which was to delivered on 12/30/14. When I call to see when they were to delived the machine and was told I the wash was not paid . I had given the sale person my credit card for the 3 washing machine, which I have not recieved a credit yet. He did not ran the credit card so they will not deliver my machine. I have been waiting for a washing machine since 12/14/14. I am very unhappy with the service. I will buy my new washing at LOWES.
