I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the manager "Gary." I Didnt call me back for days and only after I called him 3 times. Wouldnt exchange an appliance for a bigger more expensive one although my invoice says, "all special order subject to 15% restocking fee." I was happy to pay that but he didnt stand behind what his employees are handing out. Like I know every policy of the home depot. Another store acted like it was no big deal until she found out it came from another location and then said I have to go there. It is all good until you have an issue and if you do, do not expect any help or even a respectful conversation from Gary. Corporate told me they would call and "ask him to return it" but they couldnt make him. What??? Never going there again!!

Clean and well staffed when I went in (mid afternoon). In to get 2 gallons of black paint. That area always seems short staffed, but person there worked very hard and efficiently to help me and others in area. It seems all paint colors have to be "made", so expect to wait a bit for that process.

Customer service is atrocious. The associates avoid you and when you do find one to help they are not knowledgeable. Management is even worse and has no idea what good customer service is. Save the headache – Go to Menards or Lowes.
