In a nutshell; the customer service sucked. If you arent from south america they are absolutely not eager to help you. The employee knew I was there to spend money on myself and my wife for sure bc i came the day before. Do you think he was happy to see us? No, he barely spoke and just looked at us. We tried to ask questions and he blew us off for customers that came in 10 min after us. Oh well....
