I have been a regular customer at Chic Optique for well over a decade. When i moved back to NYC I tried going to other places and i could not find a place that gave me the great service that Karen and Julie give me. I now fly down to get my eye exams and buy frames which they ship up to me. I value their opinion when i make a purchase and Dr. Brian Asalone is thorough in his exams and always takes the time to answer any questions that i have. They have a great selection of frames and they know the styles that will flatter your face. As mentioned in other reviews the price point is moderate to high but you really do get what you paid for. If your looking for cheap (both price and quality) this is not the store for you. I also love that both Julie and Karen give back to their community. It is one of the many reasons that i have been a loyal customer for all these years.

Chic Optique has been a place of fun, loving compassionate and a very giving environment for not only everyone who walks through the door receiving above and beyond customer service in every aspect from finding eyewear on every budget to repairing someone elses glasses purchased at another location. I have witnessed this from time to time as a patient the doctor is outstanding, and as an eyeglass wearer I can not say enough magnificent things about the owners Karen and Julie. Giving giving giving!! If you want a caring friendly knowledgable staff Chic Optique is your destination. I got the coolest glasses and get stopped on a day to day basis asking me wear did you get those glasses? OMG chic Optique. Thank you guys, these guys rock!!!!

I have never been treated so bad from a company in my life. All they are interested in is being paid. Poor customer service from the second I walked in the door. Julie needs to be retrained. She claims to be one of the owners. If true this is even worse. Eddie, one of the Doctors so I was told turned his back on me and refused to speak. I would never deal with this place. There are too many other fine places that welcome you with open arms and treat you like you should be treated. Avoid this place at all costs. Dont let their fancy name and location fool you. Not worth it at all. I will be filing changes against then for refusing service and will post the results.

OVERJOYED, with my experience(s) at Chic Optique, from the technician, Marcus, to the Doctor, Brian, the owners, Julie and Karen...all helpful and kind to me and generous of their time spent with me. I knew I loved this store, when I was at an adjoining business buying some cupcakes and Marcus saw me in line and said the glasses looked great on me and had me stop by for an adjustment and cleaning...so sweet and kind and attentive. Being remembered is a GOOD THING. I have bought several pairs of glasses there and am certain I will buy many more.

Just called and asked if they had Oversized frames 80s vintage style. MARCUS answered the phone with such an ugly attitude told me they had 5000 frames. I asked "you mean to tell me you have 5000 Oversized frames." he retorted with a Bitchy comment well maybe 15. I told him he had a nasty attitude and he basically could give 2 Fcuks. He should NOT answer the phone nor work their! I gave 1 star. There is no option for negative stars.

Excellent optometrist who made some adjustments to my contact lens prescription when no one has made any changes for the past 20 years… Never thought I could see so well! The staff is courteous, friendly, and they dont do a hard sell to make you buy the most expensive frames are lenses I will be going to them from now on for all my eye care needs

The greatest staff I ever encountered in a eye glass store. The selection is of highest quality and a huge inventory. They are full service. Dr on staff is wonderful and the owner Karen is the backbone that drives a positive relationship with the clients. Chic Optique and the owner Karen simply thank you. Also great little plaza.

I vacationed to Fort Lauderdale and forgot my contacts. I stumbled across Chic Optique and they were able to get me contacts the same day!!!!! The staff was very helpful and courteous! I even bought a cool pair of Ray Bans!!!! Thanks Chic Optique!!!!

have purchase two pairs of glasses from them in the past two years. Both pairs broke during the warranty. Went today with the second broken pair. They were very rude and not helpful at all. They are rude and arrogant.
