I visited Visionworks a few weeks ago for an eye exam. This was my first experience since working in the optical industry, so I was skeptical of how it would go. IT WAS AWESOME! Dr. Besty Jacob and his staff did a phenomenal job. The technician that greeted me and got me started with the "pre-test" as my old job referred to it, was super helpful and took care of me right away. Dr. Jacob conducted the exam very soon after I was finished with the technician, he made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and why it was important for my vision. Im confident he did a very thorough exam even though it didnt take very long. He also answered all of my questions about the health of my eyes before assisting me with contacts. He gave me a free pair of trials and reminded me to come back in a week to have them checked out, ensuring I was happy with the vision and comfort. I was also very excited to find out that my eyeglass prescription did not change, so I didnt have to shop for new glasses! :) Id recommend him to anyone in need of an eye exam.

I highly recommend this Visionworks in Plantation. I was out of the USA when I needed to place a complicated order by phone. Leslie answered, took my order and allowed my daughter to come in and complete the Insurance docs in my absence. The glasses were ready on time. Visionworks even did a quick replacement for me when I did get back and one of the ear-stems accidentally broke. All of that with friendly top service and a smile. When you go, be sure to ask for Leslie.

I am from palm beach county and the screw feel out of my glasses on a sales call. 35 miles from where I purchased them I came to vision works and ask them to fix. Wow they did right on the spot no waiting no questions no paper work. When complete unasked how much , they replied nothing! Imagine no charge for that type of service . Well done . I will tell many others of my great experience here!

I was today (Sunday) because my glasses lost a screw and I was received by Marlene (Thanks god) shes more like an angel than a human been. I recomend this place 100% and specially the sundays because Marlene is just there on sundays. I also recomend to this place managers to try to keep Marlene for the rest of the week I go return to make my vision formula in here for sure.

Came to pick up my wifes glasses, and the gal behind the counter where they had been stored was abrupt and rude. The fellow behind the next desk, though, was very helpful and asked if Id been helped as soon as he finished with his customer
