Really bad experience , I was going to Buy a Kenneth Cole jacket that was having a discount Tag , when I go to check out the cashier was really rude this lady just call the manager and the manager just remove the tag and give me a bad look , they said that it wasnt the right tag and I just bring another jacket that have the same price / same color / same brand . And they were rude anyways she didnt ask me even If I going to buy the jacket with out the discount , she just took it and hided agains the desk . Really mad about this , bad service .

The lost prevention staff made me feel very uncomfortable, I wasnt greeted while the people behind me were, one of them walked my aisle and made sure I knew they were watching me and also never said anything while I exited the store. Im not sure why Ross think its okay to have security in their stores, customers shouldnt be made to feel uncomfortable due to your high inventory lost. Ive vowed to never shop in their stores ever again.

Cashier was very rude when i questioned her on the way she processed my transaction. Manager came over and cashier was rude and basically tossed my change at me. Then she had the nerve to talk behind my back with me still in the store. I spoke with manager and she agreed cashier was out of line and did not provide customer service at all. Will make me think twice on going back to that store.

this is the worst ross store Ive been to. I am a very frequent ross customer, but these employees and manager are rude. I live in Altamonte springs, but I would rather drive to the ross in Apopka then to deal with these people .
