I would love to give this place 5 stars based on my experience, shopen environment, and custom service. However they lost 2 stars based on my experience after leaving the shop. The staff there are very friendly, they have up to date technology as far as signing in, and they had a really awesome Playlist going. The look and feel of the shop was great. The piercer was great. Very friendly and showed care in helping me pick a functional place for my upper cartilage/outter helix piercing. Everything was great until I got home. I went to do a usual sea salt cleaning and discovered that a BUTTERFLY back piece was used for a brand new piercing. I was a little dismayed by this, but so far I hadnt experienced any problems so I brushed it off. The back piece soon became an irritant due to my glasses. The piercing in general became more irritated, red, and inflamed even after sea salt soaks. I believe this is because it was not quality grade jewelry. I have a metal allergy and I have never been to a piercing place that used anything less than surgical steel or titanium to do aNY type of piercing. This caused me a great deal of pain and discomfort to the point that I had to have the jewelry removed after less than a week of having it. My advice would be to ask more questions when getting piercings here, especially if you have any type of sensitivities.

I went there to get matching tattoos with my best friend who was visiting from out of town. The place was easy to find even though it was a walk up (it is not accessible for folks in wheelchairs as far as I could tell). The place is small but very very clean and recently renovated. The receptionist was super nice and helpful, she even remembered that we called earlier in the day. My friend and I signed the forms quickly (they are on computers which is super convenient) while our artist drew the design. Fabrezio (Zetir on Instagram) was able to make a really blurry picture of a stick and poke into something beautiful we both loved! He was really nice and the tattos were quick and mostly painless. Probably 20 minutes at most. Overall it was a really pleasant experience and I have already recommended the place to my friends. I plan to come back for my next tattoo.

This place is awesome. It was super tidy. I got my tattoo done by Mark. Awesome dude & the staff was cool too. Also im in love with the piece i got, Mark made some really good suggestions to it & im more than satisfied. Definitely making this my go-to shop for my next tattoos :)

Great Store! Store is clean with a very friendly and chill staff. I got my nose pierced here for their Tuesday specials and their piercer was very professional and listened to what I wanted. Will def go back and do service with them again!
