My overall experience with Pins and Needles was great. The lady was nice, all of the equipment was clean and the overall experience was great. But, the one issue I am having is the face that my piercing is way to big for my nose. I understand I was given the option of choosing between two rings, but as a professional, I feel she shouldnt have given me the option in the first place, or rather, she shouldve looked at my nose first ad gave a list of pros and cons. Because of this mistake on both parts, mine being choosing the wrong ring, and hers with not noticing it was too big for my nose, I cannot flip the ring up into my nose for work. Also, after going to another piercer for advice on ring sizes, I was also informed that my ring is in the wrong place. My nose ring is placed way to far back and therefore also increases the struggle of trying to put my ring in my nose. Because of this, I have to take the ring out and wait for the whole to heal so i can get it redone. Overall, I am very happy with the experience, minus this little issue.

My Birthday is on Wednesday 3/29 and I wanted to gift myself with a tattoo. I looked at 2 other shops but was not accommodated even though I wanted something simple but meaningful. I walked in and Dune took care of me right away and Im in love with my hanger tattoo. Ill definitely be back.... Everyone was so cool, chill and funny. Thanks Dune

Horrible and very unprofessional! I called and asked if I come in immediately to get a piercing. The receptionist stated that the piercer was available and to come in. Once I got there 10 mins, I was told she went out to lunch!! I waited for 15 mins while everyone sat on their phone, and walked out. They didnt care

Great designs but HORRIBLE customer service. Artists are rude to Customers and do a poor job of making them feel comfortable about getting a tattoo. Im sure theyve lost many potential customers as I will never go there nor recommend going to anyone considering a tattoo or piercing.

Just got a daith piercing done and it was so quick and painless compared to other piercings Ive gotten! Never knew it could be so good! They were also able to accommodate my different jewelry requests and were super helpful. If I get another piercing Id love to come back here!

Ive gone in there twice to get pricing & advice; once during the summer, once during the winter. Its kinda dingy; needs to be swept. Body odor smelling like the back bottom half of a human so I didnt get tatted there no matter how many people told me to go there (over 5).

If I could give 0 stars I would. The dyke doing the piercings asked me if I was gonna tip her bc she was about to leave but I had already been waiting 30 mins to see her. They were rude over the phone and treated me like crap. Will NEVER return.

Extremely awkward feeling. The piercer was not friendly. The tattoo artist across the room was looking all creepy at me and shaking his head. I dont get whats up with the vibes in this place. But this is my first and last time going.

Visiting from out of town and needed a new nipple ring because the end of one mine fell out in the shower. Place was clean and i was assisted in a timely manner. Stay is cool, but not super friendly. It got the job done though.

Stupid receptionist. You have to pay more attention what people ask you on the phone. Terrible place. Doesnt smell good. Pretty small. I wouldnt recommend you at all.
