Absolutely horrible salesperson. Will never return My family and I buy most all of our clothing from this clothing brand. We genuinely look like a BB catalog photo shoot during the holiday months. Anyways, I have never been as disrespected and genuinely maligned as I was at this store. Their salesmen Aps is the most conceited and brash salesperson Ive ever come across in American capitalism. His manager, a polite Midwesterner woman, personally stormed over and tried to set him straight. He quietly agreed to the manager to serve me properly and sulked off to help me. What.A.Lie. He immediately pointed out his busy schedule and big upcoming customer in a seething tone. I listened and attempted to become more autonomous by asking about my proper sizing. He the angrily answered my questions with one word. At the conclusion, he then violently packed my rather large order in a bag without taking the time to pack a thing. The other manager in the store repacked my three full bags of clothes after seeing them wrinkled inside when I asked for the restroom on my way out. Please do not support a conceited salesman like this guy, Americans deserve better.

If you go, get with James! Fantastic customer service, he saved the day for a wedding I flew into DC for. Mens warehouse butchered my suit and refused to fix it, so came to brooks brothers. They have a life time customer due to James and the quality (and compliments received) of their suits. James helped pick out a suit, shirt, tie, and shoes and helped fit all of it. The wedding was in 24 hours and the rehearsal dinner that night. Was told that it would take 24 hours but pleaded with James and he said he would see what he could do. Approximately 5 hours after I left the store, I received a call that the suit was ready! Able to relax with a fantastic looking suit, enjoyed the rehearsal dinner that night. Originally, I was hesitant to go to this store because of the negative reviews, and many of the store associates seemed distant and uninterested in helping. Thanks so much, James for approaching me! You have a brooks brother customer for life! Cant speak on the rest of the store associates.

I love Brooks Brothers shirts but... I asked for a slim fit shirt, was good and fit well; then I asked to buy 5 *exactly identical* shirts. I asked again whether the shirts in the bag were "slim fit." The staff member said *yes.* I go back home, wear one, and realize its not slim fit. By the time I had left the hotel, that was too late to go back to the store and get another 5. It seems he had difficulty finding 5 identical shirts and thus put classic shirts in place of slim fit shirts. I expect better service from Brooks Brothers... next time I wont trust that much.

Visited this location a few times and the associates there arent always friendly. Most recently I overheard two employees, who didnt realize I was standing next to them, berating me behind my back. I dont know their names, but watch out for the angry little bald white guy and smug looking black guy with glasses. Maybe their unhappy with their career choices, or their pathetic lives in general? Either way not a pleasant experience. Management is always very nice, though.

Horrible service. I went in to buy two basic shirts. The guy sold me one basic shirt and some kind of fashion-forward shirt with no pocket. Didnt realize hed sold me two different kind of shirts until it was too late and had the shirt on in the morning and had to hop on a plane. These kinds of things are small, but they are particularly distressing since you know it wasnt a simple mistake. Salesman just didnt care.

The customer service staff is very helpful and accommodating. I brought in an item Id bought online but didnt work out. The color and size were no longer available online. However, when I brought it to the store the store not only had the right color, but the right size. The sales person did not seem bothered at all that she had to go downstairs to get the one I needed. I was very pleased.

There isnt a better fitting, longer lasting dress shirt! Theyre expensive, but the "wrinkle free Supima Cotton, truly is "Non-Iron", and the professional service is top notch. This shirt stays sharper looking longer than any other shirt Ive owned.
