Long story short basically the "boss" Lenny is a thief and is exermly rude and I even had to call the police but my luck the so called sergeant was acting all cool with the boss like they knew each other and Im actually going to the police station to file a complaint with the sergeant even he was all cocky and disrespectful in how he handled the situation he pretty much got there and really didnt even listen to me he was already on the store manager side,it was disgusting in how he acted he even laughed a few times at me,and ALL I WAS TRYING TO DO IS EITHER GET AN EXCHANGE OR MY MONEY BACK BUT I STILL HAD THE TAGS ON THE CLOTHING AND THE CLOTHES WERE IN PERFECT CONDITION BUT THR BOSS TOLD HIS EMPLOYEE SHE CAN GET A RECEIPT BUT IT WILL HAVE TO SAY FINALL SELL OR I JUST WALK OUT WITH NOTHING... PLUS HIS EMPLOYEE REMEMBERED ME WHEN I FIRST CAME ON AND THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME TRYING TO DO AN EXCHANGE THERE OR CASH BACK, BOTTOM LINR IS THE BOSS/OWNER IS A THIEF AND HE WAS BEING RACIST BECAUSE HE IS SPANISH IM WHITE RIGHT WHEN I STEPT IN THE STORE HE ASKED TO SEE WHATS IN MY BAG HE HAD NO REASON OR BUSINESS ASKING THAT ,SO ILL BE CONTACTING THERE HR AND FILLING THAT REPORT ON THAT SO CALLED SERGEANT JE WAS NOT NO SERGEANT HE WAS A JOKE LOL HOW CLOSE HIM AND OWNER WERE ACTING THEY MIGHT HAVE SOMETHING GOING ON LOL BUT PLEASE PLEASEEE DONT GO TO THIS GOLLO STORE THE BOSS IS A THIEF HE WAS SO DISGUSTING

I went to store to buy some work cloths and shoe to my wife.However,she did not like them and I went again to return the merchandise.Very unfortunate,the cashiers and one other older lady inspected it very curiously,I was thinking that they were trying to find some fault so that they wont return it.They were successful,they found some minor black dots on the shoe and they said it is not salable.therefore,they wont refund my money.There was no such condition on the receipt even in the store for that matter,I told them that if they want to put any condition on returns they would have written it on the receipt or some where in the store.The lady even said to to me she wont refund it coz she dont want to loose her job.She told me to come back when the manager is here.I did as I was told the manager said the same thing.I have tried to connivence him he also called to his manager and said he or she said no.then I walk out feeling like I was robed.Yes,indeed I was.One of the poorest customer service I have ever seen!

Upon entering Galo I was not received with a "hello, welcome to Galos". Instead I was told "you have ten minuets", they close at 6:00 and I entered at 5:40. While shopping I was continuously yelled at with reminders of the time. When I asked for merchandise I was told to look here or go look there. When I finally got to the front they accused me of changing the price on the uniform pants I was buying!!!! I felt very disrespected while shopping Galos. If u are looking for customer service this is not the place to go!
