I had my bustle and had the front of my wedding dress hemmed. Well first they charged us for a fee that "they told us about" my mother and I were both there and neither one of us heard that. Then when I got my dress back, the hem at the bottom looked messed up to me and when I asked them about it, they said it would steam out and lay flat. But it didnt so I paid too much for a crappy job. Very disappointed...

Unprofessional. They didnt order the size I asked for, ordered what they "thought" I needed. Now its too big....guess they really wanted that alteration fee. Definately going elsewhere for that.
