This place is like the Grand Canyon. Everybody can tell you how great it is but until you experience for yourself you just wont be able to fully grasp it. The people are extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding and wont stop until they feel that everything is exactly right. The Shoe Smith believes in, and delivers on customer service and is unsurpassed by anywhere else I have ever shopped.

The Shoe Smith offers very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The repair shop pays close attention to details. I learned on my last visit that they not only repair shoes but also handbags. I love my Aetrex dress shoes. I will say that you pay for what you get and you get quality here.
