I called this store to order a "last in the company." Other stores didnt answer the phone (or hung up on me right away). Not only did this store answer my call, but even during the busy holiday rush the sales associate answered my call politely, found the item, helped me with my purchase, and gave me additional shipping information in the matter of minutes. I was WOWED by his customer service (and wish I had caught his name).

Great staff that is always willing to help. The set up of the store is a bit confusing, however, the look of the store is pretty sweet because of the old Mill building. Then there is the great quality of LL Bean.

Great quality active wear, clothing, camping, adventure gear and more all available in one store. It is not the largest LLBean but they can always order for you.
