If negative 10 was an option that would be mine. Dont get me wrong the owner was absolutely lovely. Unfortunately the young woman that did my tattoo was not. When I told her I wanted a feather and birds I had given her a picture of what I wanted done just for confirmation and she reassured me it was going to be very easy do and it would be detailed and beautiful. In the middle of my getting a tattoo her boyfriend called and told her he picked up dinner. She then rushed my tattoo and it came out horrid. It looked bloody awful and incase she didnt remember because of spontaneous amnesia, tattoos are permanent. So now Im stuck with a half-assed that looks like a bloody child did it. As an artist my self I would never allow anyone buying my art to be given absolute rubbish. Im very upset with this establishment and dont recommend you going here for a tattoo.

If 0 stars worked that would be my rating. I made an appointment with these people. Drive 30 minutes to find out the owner "forgot" to tell her daughter about my appointment. Proceeded to get attitude when all I was doing was waiting for the owner to come back and talk to me about what she could do. She told me that she could "quickly" draw it out because someone had an appointment in 30 minutes, and that she could start it today. How could I say this politely... HELL NO. rediculous. Will be telling EVERYONE what horrible service these people gave me today.

I guess everyone can have a positive or negative experience. In 2014 I got a cover up Tatto. The owner took time to get my idea of a Phoenix and made a work of art, unique! it too two separate appointments to draw and to color the Tattoo. It was well done and she even put numbing cream to help with the pain due to the place in which it was done. later on my daughter n I got matching tatto. I have all positive feedback, Im sorry for those who had a negative experience. But I see those people as family oriented, caring and pricing is great too.

Not only did i work in this shop i also was a client long before that. Jeanie the owner is one of the most kind hearted people you will ever meet. She also carefully picks each artist hired there. She has very high standards. All staff will make sure you are 100% happy with there art before they begin. All staff is very talented and all have amazing specialities. The piercer there eric is a abdolute master at his craft. I always hace and always will recommend Blue Owl to anyone Nd everyone who wants any sort of body modification.

Owner is sweet. Some of the staff are unprofessional and operate on an apprentice level at best. Artist Fina was very upset when it was suggested another staff member had more experience. She resorted to harassment at work and nasty text messages. Tattoo faded out completely after two weeks, even after touch ups. Piercing done harshly, off center, took forever to heal (not a first timer at piercing) Wish I could give it five stars for the owner--but the staff is horrible. Customer beware.

This place is absolutely amazing! I have two tattoos By kit and I plan on getting more. I first visited with my aunt and a friend and we fell in love with blue owl! The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the facility is nice and clean. Artists accommodate to your scheduale and specific needs and are willing to help out any way they can! I reccomended them to many friends and everyone loves the results they get from this shop!

I absolutely love this shop, so many friendly workers there to help you. I am treated like family every time I walk in. Artists work with you in order to get EXACTLY what you want. They ask you questions and make sure youre never unsure or uncomfortable about what youre getting. I only have two pieces on me right now, but when I get more this is the only shop Ill go to. Great experience all around.

I got tattooed by Nina a couple of days ago. She gave me a beautifully colored peach, and she gave me a small cover up of a letter on my arm. Both tattoos were done amazingly. She is super professional, while also fun and easy to talk to. I would definitely go back to see her for future tattoos. Thank you so much. ❤️

Blue Owl is awesome, Jeanne has done the best tattoos on me, Look on her FB and you can see the full leg tattoo, she is a great lady, and it is so much fun to be there because everyone is so nice..
