My experience with the piercing process was not the entire issue, but what I found to be extremely frustrating was the (lack of) customer service. Ive gotten three piercings now at Creative Instincts, and I will no longer return for future piercings due to their terrible customer service. Every time I call, or even go into the shop, whoever is working the front desk answers acting stoned of their a** and above any questions I have involving the healing process, prices, you name it. It actually is quite how funny how disinterested they are in providing quality service to their customers, as if it doesnt matter at all. Recently, I got two piercings done by Ron. Ive had between 12-13 piercings done before, never had an infection, and both of these piercings got infected at different times (I followed all cleaning instructions.) I called customer service to ask to speak to Ron or at least receive proper care instructions, and instead of helping he told me it was "not the shops problem" and that "they were not liable for my infections." He was totally disinterested in giving me proper cleaning advice and only concerned about liability issues. To me this is a major red flag. Ron was nice and meant well, and seemed to know what he was doing, but if you want to get through to anybody at this shop you might as well go in person because they might as well not have customer service at all.

I understand ppl might sometimes think that some tattoo artists come off as rude but its not always the case. I have been tattooed at this shop before all of my experiences have been really good. Sometimes the guys are a little tense cuz its a prtty busy shop. If i had not witnessed for myself how stupid and cheap some clients can be and also how they work against the artists sometimes. I would not believe it if i didnt see it for myself. At the end of the day its a great shop. I just didnt like to see a bad comment about them cuz these are awesome and professional artists. So I recommend this shop 100%. Go and get tattooed! :)

I went in for a tongue piercing and was extremely happy with the shop and the guys. It was clean and very professional. My piercing has worked out perfectly, even better than expected. I told them I was a lot nervous about getting it done and they were very supportive throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions and even discussed things I didnt even think of. I will be going back to them for all of my future supplies and fittings. These guys know there stuff.

The employees did a great job! They were very honest and knowledgable about tattoos and body modifications. My mother and I were going to get matching tattoos in my handwriting but I was too young. So my mother got her tattoo and it looks just like my handwriting! Its great and I will deffinatley be going back to get my tattoo when I turn 16. I deffinatley recommend this place to anyone getting a text tattoo or a piercing or anything at all. They are magnificent!!

Horrible customer service all around . Had to wait about 45 minutes to have a nose ring changed...once it was changed the new ring was double in size which cause my nose to swell and develop a bubble. Called back a few hours later and the manager said " itll be fine in a few days it just needs to stretch" had to perform at home surgery on my nose to remove the nose ring. Would never step foot in here again.

The customer service wasnt bad but getting the actual piercing was horrific, first they had to redo the marking for the piercing maybe 5-6 times then they actually pierced it put the jewelry in then they did the other one and put the jewerly in, looked at it and took the first one out and repierced it. The guy who pierced my friend had to be couched threw the entire thing because he kept messing up.

I just left and got a cover up its the best cover up ever he was nice and friendly he asked me if i was okay during the session he asked me what size i wanted my tatts everything everything he took care of his artwork & me i will deffinitely go back, he was pretty fast with detailed work which was amazing and he always touched up anything that he thought was missing

Their level of professionalism is very poor and they work very slow. They dont give accurate pricing, youll end up paying more for your work and they add taxes to the already stated price. Went in today around three. Customer service, horrific. I went in asking about a piercing and the piercer rudely responded saying that I should go to the piercer that pierced me, previously. First off, I came to this location due to the fabulous reviews. Let it be my luck to receive their nasty attitudes. Never going back and dont recommend.

This is a very clean and safe shop. Ive gotten all my tattoos and most of my piercings done here and Ron has been the one to do them all. Staff is very helpful and informative they even give you printed out instructions on aftercare. The only downside is that tattoos can be a little pricey but they are the best in the area.

Went there for my very first tattoo, family memebers names across my shoulders, and had a great experience. Very welcoming enviroment, piece came out perfect to how i envisioned it, and gave great tips and recommendations for taking care of it after i got it done. Highly recommended, will go again for my next ones as well!

Very clean and organized, however, that big guy working there is type rude. So try to talk to anyone else if possible when going to this tattoo place. Other than that, this place is great and very professional when it comes to getting your tattto done successfully, and getting it done the way you want!

Great experience! Got my septum and lip pierced. Thought Id freak out from the pain but Ron handled it brilliantly and calmed me down. Put me at ease, with his cool demeanor and years of experience. Professional, clean, and friendly. Will be coming back if I want more work done.
