Very dishonest dealer!!!! We bought a 2010 Honda Civic off of Frank Ramizi through eBay. We had the car shipped to Indiana and I took it to a Honda dealership and had them check it out. They found the car had been wrecked in the front and the core support on the front bumper pushed in and cracked the condenser and pinched the pressure line on the A/C. $2,300 in repairs. We notified Frank and asked if he would help correct the issues since he said all was in good working condition on his ebay add. Frank said the only thing that he would do is supply $430 of parts. That means I would be responsible for the $ 1900 in labor. Most garages wont install parts you bring in and the ones that do dont offer any warranty. I contacted the original owner of the car and he stated that the A /C didnt work when he traded the car in and he told me that he hit something and it pushed the support for the bumper in and cracked the condenser and pinched the line. I couldnt believe it! I called Frank back and explained to him and he again stated the A/C worked before he shipped it to us. I told him no way and then he changed his story and said that he replaced the line while they had it had the lot. The line has a slice in it so as sin as you put refrigerant in it hisses right back out. All Car Care are dishonest business men. I would think twice about buying a car from them!!!! Make sure you take the car and get it checked by a mechanic or dealer you trust. My Honda dealership also found the drain plug on the oil pan stripped, the front passenger CV joint needing replaced, needs new tires and an alignment all total over $3,000 in repairs for a car only valued at $7,000. Buyer beware!!!!! Hopefully people buying off eBay will do some research and find this. Dont buy from him on ebay unless you can have the car physically checked out first!!!!! People of Connecticut make sure you check out anything you want to buy from All Car Care and frank ramizi.

Took an entire day trip out to CT to look at a truck listed on ebay "In near new condition" when i arrived and started the truck diesel fluid was leaking from a fuel line. Of course a laundry list of excuses start flowing from Frank. They pulled it into the shop and make a "Cob job fix" so i can at least test drive the vehicle. It pulls to the right HARD, the tire pressure sensor in the right front tire doesnt work, the back up sensors dont work and god knows what else. After i ask to see if we can make a deal on the truck anyway "They dont negotiate on prices" is what i was told. Well, if Frank didnt tell me "Come give it a test drive and maybe we can work something out" i wouldnt have drove from NY, wasted my entire day, been treated like a huge piece of crap and saved myself the hassle. In addition to that they "Shell Bid" on ebay to drive the price up on their vehicles to be sure they get what they want. NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE DISHONEST SCAM ARTISTS!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE YOURE GETTING RIPPED OFF!!!! DONT DO IT!!!

I went to all care care weeks ago today and my experience here was nothing short of awesome! I searched the inventory online first, once i found a car I really liked I put in an application for that specific car. About a day and a half later I received a call saying I was approved and could come in to see/ test drive. (the cars look nice online but they look even better in person. So much so that I squealed with excitement when they pulled the car around for the test drive) lol The staff here is very efficient. ERICK (in sales) and FRANK (in the business office) were wonderful and very kind! They made my visit short and sweet. ERICKwas very friendly and very thorough in helping me find an affordable auto insurance plan that catered to what I wanted. I would totally recommend this place if youre looking to get a nice car at a great price. THANK YOU ALL CARE CARE

Great customer service! I bought a rare diesel passenger van from these guys and I was blown away how honest and knowledgeable they were. The amount of photos taken on the vehicles was the key, furthermore, when I called Sam and asked to see some pictures of the underbody, he took new ones and had them in my inbox in a matter of hours. Frank (general manager) offered me a warranty and explained line by line what it covered and how it works. I declined and drove my vehicle almost 400miles back home with zero issues! These guys know their stuff and will go the extra mile to take care of the customer. The personal touch was when they helped me return my rental car across town.

I purchased a 2003 Ford F-350 from these folks. I was happy with the truck. they took about 100 photos from all angles. came up to test drive, the truck was nice. Needed Tires. I negotiated about $700.00 bucks off. was a decent price for a decent truck. Wasnt expecting a gem but she was in good shape. service was good. Frank helped me with my insurance company so he can get me on the road with the new truck. One thing I recommend is that they get another guy in there to help, when I was there there were 4 other people there as well. I had to wait until they were taken care of which I didnt mind. Overall good experience. Thank you Frank.

Stay away from these people at all costs. Frank knows nothing about Mercedes and the owner never calls anyone back. They sold me a Mercedes that needed over $4,800 in work. They specialize in vehicles with just over 100,000 miles so they are not liable under Conn law for any guarantee. They just take your money and run. To say they are dishonest and a total fraud is an understatement. I wish that I had seen all the other complaints before I drove 3 hours to buy this lemon. If you notice-the same word shows up in every review-SCUMBAG!!!!! Note that the only good review is written by the OWNER OF THE SHOP!!!!!!!

The owner of the shop is a total scumbag and a crook. They sold me a used 2004 Porsche 911 without disclosing the fact that not only it was in a major accident but also had severe engine damage I found out later after taking to a porsche shop and they did complete check out. The car suddenly started burning oil after I drove it back home to NY. CEL came on. I contacted the owner Erkan Aydar and his assitant Frank. ERKAN refused to give the money back and denied any knowledge of any problems. No surprises there. He is dishonest and a total fraud. I filed a complaint with BBB and DMV. Its pending

All car care SUCK, my starter went and these guys told me it was the motor. $1700 for motor and $1200 labor to get my truck fixed. My grand father and I worked on the truck and it was only the starter $100 for a new starter and my truck was running. CROOKS, CROOKS, CROOKS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
