I purchased a 2007 Chevy Impala a few months ago from High Class Auto and numerous problems started to show up past the 30 day warranty they provided me. 1) They never told me that the speaker system was malfunctioning and went in and out in all 4 speakers (2 in the front and back.) The back speakers sounded fine and I figured the front ones were turned low. (Unwise of me to not suspect something wrong, but still they should have informed me.) 2) I drove my car down to visit family when my front right wheel started to make an unsettling sound. It turned out my car had an extremely loose lug nut and a few other loose ones on that one tire. Can they not check basic safety requirements? 3) Track player is completely broken and they did not mention that before I purchased the car. 4) Transmission might be in jeopardy because of a constant "thud" noise produced when I accelerate from a stopped position. 5) My center console randomly produces a loud and constant noise that sounds like an inner component of the console is smacking or hitting hard plastic. Something may be wrong with the ventlaitaion or track player system. I should have been smarter and better prepared, but still the quality of my car still greatly, mechanically depreciated after I bought it. In addition, I know of two other people who bought cars which yielded problems similar to mine and faults faulty parts as well. This leaves me to rate this place with 2 stars. I DO NOT recommend!

Excellent customer service!!!. We bought a used car for our daughter here. I think we paid a fair price. Maybe we could have gotten it for a little less, or paid a little more, but I think it was fair. Ali, the owner has taken care of us since we bought the car. He is a man of his word. Fixed everything we asked him to prior to buying it. The car has had a few issues since then and he has fixed them for a VERY reasonable price. He has fixed a few things for free because he didnt feel like it was fair to make us pay....WHAT??? Ive never had someone deal so honestly with me before, especially service departments at dealerships. He has made a life-long customer. I will always service my cars with him and if I am ever in the market for another used car I know exactly where Im going to go. Thanks Ali!!!

Justin & Ali went well past great customer service on the purchase of my daughters VW New Beetle. From the first point of contact, both of them were responsive, and very helpful. They both wanted to make sure every little issue on this older used car was in the best condition possible, spent lots of time showing her how everything worked. The wanted it to be "high class" from replacing the the batteries in the key fobs to even trying to remove a very small mark in the cup holder. There was no pressure, or hype, just genuine one-on-one relationships. Highly recommend this place, and will be coming back for our next used vehicle purchase.

I couldnt find the car I wanted locally in the Midwest, so I expanded my search across the country, ultimately settling on a car from High Class Auto. The team there really did an excellent job helping me buy a car sight unseen, by going over it very carefully, describing anything Id want to know in great detail, giving me pointers, and following up on any queries. They really took the nervousness out of of buying a car without test driving it first. Very happy with my interactions, and would happily work with them again or refer High Class Auto to anyone.

Ive bought 2 cars from this dealership and have been very satisfied with their services . The staff is courteous and helpful (not pushy, which Ive gotten other places) and they took the time to explain their vehicles and figure out which is the best choice for me. Ive gone there for my oil changes and for my brakes and its been affordable and thorough every time. I would definitely recommend this establishment to all my family and friends. Talk about a diamond in the rough! Completely satisfied with the knowledge and quality of cars at this place. The staff, and I mean all of the staff, is courteous. They know their stuff to a tee, and most importantly for me... they are not pushy. Ive already referred three of my friends and family to buy cars there. Customer for life!
