I recently leased a new WRX at Kinney Subaru and worked with Todd and I had a great experience! Id purchased 4 cars previously and was prepared for a normal pushy sales floor experience, especially since I am young. I was able to finalize my first lease deal ever within one afternoon after only two test drives and was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Todd. I went in with no expectations of buying anything as I was only shopping around, but fell in love with the WRX. Todd was extremely knowledgeable, fun, and understanding and made the whole experience easy. He answered all questions, took his time, and honestly made the decision to buy a car there a no-brainer. I would recommend him to anyone. He made sure I got the car I wanted, located one in Massachusetts, and checked in several times after the purchase to make sure that I was still happy. I have never had an easier experience and I think Todd went above and beyond. Greg was awesome and fun as well and worked with me to settle on a great price and made the paperwork portion quick. Brian in service is great, and I look forward to working with the service department in the future. The whole team at Kinney Subaru is awesome and continues to treat you with respect and friendliness after you purchase your car. The car buying experience at Subaru is fast, easy, and memorable.

Do not go here!!! I have always thought this was a nice dealership but I was in recently to get a car and I wanted to talk numbers more than I wanted to sign papers and drive away with a car, which I made clear from the beginning. I was trapped by the constant barrage of employees coming over trying to pitch the sale to me and I felt like I couldnt leave the dealership unless I agreed to buy the car that night and not even the one I wanted, just the one they had on the lot and wanted to get rid of. I had told him I wanted a specific feature on the car and he told me I didnt need it. At one point the salesperson asked me why I was even there if I wasnt interested in buying the car right then. I am sorry but its called shopping around. I am fully aware of the usual car salesman run around but this was just awful! I have already started to talk to the Subaru dealership in Brattleboro and I am having a much better experience already.

The Salesman here lie through there teeth and do anything to get you to buy. Dont let them force their 300 dollar "documentation" fee on you and make sure you bring a game plan I.E print out the NADA before you go, on the cars you want to look at. They will tell you its worth thousands more and they are discounting it deeply to be competitive. Then while you are waiting for them to draw up the paper work which should only take 10 minutes but they take their sweet time so they can usher you into the service department and get you scheduled for your first oil change and charge you an arm and a leg. There is a reason they call them stealerships. Also read the privacy contract they want you to sign under the guise of them not giving out your information. It really says you give them permission to take all the information on you they want and do whatever they want with it.

Kinney Subaru is what car dealerships should be like. Knowledgeable, polite, not pushy, and above all honest and NOT GREEDY! This doesn’t just apply to the floor staff, but also the financing folks and managers. David, Deanna, and Nick were exceptional, they talk real dealer cost and margins, not the BS numbers other dealers will give you. Best of all, they beat all VT dealerships by over $1200 on a new Outback! Not only did they go above and beyond on the price, but they helped me cut through a different Subaru dealership’s BS and deceitful practices. These folks are on the customer’s side. They make a living but aren’t there to cheat you on every little thing like just about every other new car dealership I’ve ever stepped into. Thanks guys!

I recently bought a 2008 Subaru which is beautiful, immaculate, and drives like a dream! The sales associate, Brent Marinello, was wonderful!. He was patient, soft spoken, positive, and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. I felt as if he went the extra mile to make my requests possible. I purchased this vehicle partly because of the faith I had in him... I also named my car Brentanna! The whole team at Kinneys seemed to go out of their way to make my experience a great one. We ordered our Subaru Outback in January. Walt our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful, the ordering process quick and easy. We received our Outback yesterday after a long wait, which was by all means well worth it and could not be happier. Again Walt was a great help in walking us through the process and the car specs. The final purchasing process was was quick and easy too. We had a great experience at Kinney Subaru and would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

I purchased a used Subaru Outback from Kinney after our older Subaru Legacy was totaled in a car accident. We worked with Beth Trout and she was excellent. We had very little time to pick out another car and she met our needs and demands quickly. She understood our budget and worked with us to get the options we wanted. The overall experience was great. I would recommend to anyone to buy their next vehicle at Kinney and work with Beth, you wont be sorry.

Brent Marinello was very interested in selling us the Forester and worked very hard to offer the best price. We could have bought this car from a closer dealer but found his approach and price much better and worth the 40 mile trip. His attention to detail was excellent every step of the way during the purchase. He also delivered our car saving us the trip to Rutland. I highly recommend him and Kinney Subaru.

Recently purchased an audi with Todd. Very helpful and a wonderful place to purchase a vehicle. Id rather do business her then aldermans. Only problem I had was 3 weeks after I drove the car home, I received a phone call telling me the plate transfer papers were not filled out. So I been driving a car I thought had the registration coming in the mail but actually wasnt registered at all.

Very professional services! Mike is my sales man, he is so open and nice to talk about the car. I got a good car from him. And I also got the loan from their cooperating bank although at a higher interest rate, acceptable for a new comer without a credit history. I would recommend this shop!!! I would like to buy a new Subaru for my wife when she comes here! So fantastic life!

Phenomenal staff, especially Mike and although I havent purchased anything (yet) due to high insurance, they were committed to helping me and adjusting according to my budget. They go with what you actually can afford and never once did I feel pushed. Worth driving to even if you have a closer dealership. 5 Stars all around.

Miserable. Rude. Terrible. I took my car in for a recall and the "cleaned" my car out of everything they felt like including a paycheck and business receipts. I was told by Brian that all they can say is sorry. I now get to spend hours trying to get a new check and recover the receipts. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.
