I never recommend to walk-in store staff seems to be so lazy no one had clear answers to my questions more over they wasted my 5 hrs of time to process an application finally they said we will process again. I suggest sprint that provide proper training before appointed as sales representatives in store. Such a worse experience had in my life.

One of the people at the front desk of lied to me and told me that my credit would go up when I pay my bill on time every month. Every time I go there the only person that seems to really know anything is the manager in charge. Everybody else is completely on educated on the phones that they sell to the public

The ONLY store I will go to. The staff is always very pleasant and knowledgeable. They make you feel welcome and from what I gathered during my visit, recognize their customers and some even stopped in just to say hi ! Definitely recommend anyone in the area with Sprint to check them out!

Gave these guys a second chance. All new workers since I visited last year. Thank god! But I had to go in to resolve an issue I was working with over the phone for a week and Rich went above and beyond for me and put my issue to bed. Highly recommend.

They’re horrible! Always a long wait and most of the employees work at a very slowww paste… Unfortunately they’re the only “corporate” store in the area… If you have to go make sure you have HOURS to kill, even if u make an appointment…

Never ever dont try to buy from this store all the staff here r not friendly , they r lazy to share the information 200% I dont recommend dont walk in to this store if u have any option try with other store
