This place needs a manager, badly. Its needed a manager for many years. I have been coming here for years, even before they moved from down the road on the corner of S. Benson. Unfortunately, this is the closest Sprint store in the area. I have been in here twice in the last two weeks. BOTH times I watched customers walk out in frustration. The young men working here are all very immature, which borders on just straight unprofessional. One will tell you one thing, and another will tell you something else. They don;t seem educated on what Sprint offers and does not offer. They had two employees working, and some dude with piercings and gauges sitting on a laptop, doing what looked like work, though it didnt look like he worked there. Seemed more like he was hanging out with his friends that worked there. Out of the two that DID work there, one, well call him Hector, was trying to help all 5 people in the store at the same time, which made him sloppy, and he would tell a customer one thing, only to flip flop and say "No sorry that was for this other customer!" He was like a kid that had too much candy. I felt bad for him, because he was very nice, and seemed to know his stuff, but just had too many balls in the air due to the lack of staff. The other kid, who I assume was a "technician" just sat there repeating "Hey I just got hired to fix things" while he stumbled through explaining data plans. Along with helping the 5 customers, poor Hector had to babysit this guy too. I cringe when I have to go to Sprint.

This isnt up here to downplay the store at all, I am merely trying to help people avoid the scenario I was in. If you receive information that doesnt seem quite right or are told about a deal that seems too good to be true, ask for written documentation. I took an offer that I was told about for face value and ended up hearing a different set of restrictions once I went to claim said offer. No one knows if it was intentional or not. Case and point, make sure anything from here is written. Staff is super nice though.

The customer service here is outstanding. Switching from my old carrier was extremely easy. The people here are very informative and they make sure you are prepared to switch. I would recommend this Sprint to any other Sprint in the area. Although they are not a service and repair center anymore. They help you out as much as they can. Which i greatly appreciated. They also saved me money from my old carrier.

I brought a phone online and went to the mall to get working. The girl who helped me was on social media and did not help me at all. I came here the next day and Josh helped me. I was so grateful for his help! He was friendly and sincerely did all that he could to make sure my problem was resolved.

It seems like the workers could careless about What you come in to the store for. Poor selection of accessories. Seemed annoyed whenever you ask a question, especially Sheila who seemed bothered to do her job.
