Walked into the store today with my dad, and recieved probably the worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. We drove 25 minutes in snowy weather to make it to the store today to ask a few simple questions about my phone plan. We get into the store, and the man behind the counter was busy helping another couple. The store was completely empty besides them. Not only didnt he even greet us with a hello, he ignored us for a good 15/20 minutes as he proceeded to help the other couple out. Im not the type of person to write bad reviews being that Ive been working in customer service myself for almost 10 years. But being that I have, I feel like my experience was absolutely unacceptable. We walked out of the store with not a single word spoken to us, not a "Hello, Ill be right with you guys", NOTHING, and this went on for 20 minutes of us sitting there. Not even as we walked out was anything said to us we were plain and simple ignored. I wish I could say the mans name because maybe it was just an off day, but he didnt speak with us so I wouldnt know. Worst customer service EVER. If you can go to another sprint store I highly reccommend that you do.

Thank you all for the reviews. I want to apologize to anyone who received a less than 5 star experience. This location is under going some changes as we have recently hired some new people and working on their training. If you had a less than 5 star experience you can always call and speak to the store manager with details as it will only help us better coach and train our staff. For those who had 5 star experiences thank you for sharing and we will recognize those people who made the experience top notch. The Customer Center prides itself on giving 5 star experience in both sales and service. Thank you

Z (the store manager ) went out of his way to make sure me and my girlfriend where secure and confident with our new phone purchases and bills ..I am a new customer ..she is a longtime customer and both him and is associate helped us at the same time to make the visit fast and effecient but also took the time to help us understand and to find the best deal that fit our needs ..HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!
