If I could give their customer service less than a star, I would. Ive been going back and forth with them in order to get my entertainment center replaced. What should have been at most 2-3 visits, has now gone over 4 months. Their communication, and inspection of pieces is terrible! They told me multiple times on Christmas Eve that the delivery is all set to be made. After they missed the delivery, I was told they are running late. Turns out they had cancelled the appointment without contacting me. That wasnt even the worst of it. They again made an appointment for next Thursday, and on the day I find out they had to cancel the appointment again because they didnt have a good piece. The last appointment I made with them was New Years morning. The delivery people arrive SUPER late, and bring a broken piece which should have been picked up during inspection. I bought furniture, and the additional warranty because of their guarantee of excellent service. To make matters worse, their service manager promised that she would call me asap. Its been over week, and Im still waiting for her call.

Shopping in this store has been a comedy of errors. Heres the greatest hits: the salesperson told us they had the table and chairs we bought in stock. Come pickup day, we get a call that only the table is available, chairs are still weeks away. Strike ONE. So I go to pick up the table ... get it loaded up... start to unpack it when I get home ... and its the wrong table! Not even a dining room table (which I ordered) but a coffee table! I have to pack it all up and haul it back to the store, to get the correct table. Strike TWO! (To Raymours credit, they give me a small refund for the trouble and free delivery on the chairs.) Fast forward two weeks, the chairs finally arrive (LATE, past the quoted time) - and 3 of the 4 are put together wrong and wobble like crazy. I dissembled all 3 chairs and fixed them (the problem was glaringly obvious if the person who assembled them paid the least bit attention!) STRIKE THREE! Raymour, youre out ... of my life.

We ordered a mattress and were told it would be delivered the next business day. They told us we would have to be available for the entire day as you receive a call stating the window of delivery time on the day of delivery. Therefore, this means taking an ENTIRE day off of work. I received a call at 830am quoting a delivery window of 9am-12pm. My fiance took an entire off of work to accommodate this delivery procedure. By 2pm he called to inquire where our delivery was and was told the mattress did not fit on the truck and we would not be receiving this item today after wasting an entire day. Very, very poor business practice.

Was greeted by a Rebecca, I mentioned we were looking for tables. She appeared friendly and directed us to the department we needed. On our way out she asked if we had found what we were looking for and I tried explaining that I was looking for "bar tables" and she corrected me to say counter tables and I told her again that I was looking for a tall but small in length table; bar table. She tried to correct me again so I smiled and walked away. One thing in sales, dont correct your customers, youll lose the sale.

Typical options and pricing with all the big furniture stores in the area. Really comes down to if you get a good sales person or not. Some are truly helpful and others you can tell are just trying to put you to the point of decision ASAP.
