Very disappointed at the level of deception that ashley has shown. I spent $3000 in 2012 and at the time was told as long as you dont use the extended warranty it will be refunded in the form of a credit. Well, 5 years later I walked into the store prepared to spend money while also using my credit to purchase new furniture for my living room only to be told, sorry we were under different ownership at the time so therfore we can not honor previous agreements. When I purchased the furninture, the sign outside said Ashley Home Store as did the credit card I used but it wasnt ashley? Of course the manager on duty who told me this waited until the receptionist processed the two thousand dollars sale from the previous customer and waited until that person left prior to relating this information. DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR ANY EMPTY PROMISES MADE!!! I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I wanted to purchase a reclining loveseat from Wayfair online. The brand was Ashley furniture. I decided to go to my local Ashley store to see if I could purchase it there for the same price in order to keep business locally. The store price was higher so I asked if they could match the internet price. The manager said Yes and to bring back the printed price off internet and they would match it. So I went home printed it and went back to the local store to purchase. The manager went back on her word of matching the internet price. Told me flat out No". She was rude and arrogant. The whole ordeal was a big waste of time. It was Black Friday and the difference was $27.00. The salesman was fine, he couldnt reduce the price by $27 without the OK from the manager.

The sales person as well as the store manager pulled a bait and switch on the price of our set. We had an agreed upon price of which they wrote down and that disappeared. The salesperson distracted me while the manager had my wife signing. Ultimately my fault as i did not anticipate their under handed tactics.

Joe at Ashley was wonderful and helped my husband and me get a great price. He was understanding and helpful. He answered and return all phone calls and was always pleasant. I would recommend going to Ashley Home Store in Patchouge. The rest of the staff is very friendly and accommodating as well.

they delivered the coach and set up the cushions, only later did i notice that the back of the couch was broken. finally after many phone calls got a service person to come and make the repair in my home which lasted a few months before it broke again. customer service was extremely rude.
