I wish that there was a category below Poor to rate service. I placed an order with a salesperson by the name of Valerie. She told me that my furniture would arrive by the end of May at the latest. I signed the paperwork but did not get a copy as she had to fill in colors and other details that she had to find out. I paid the invoice in full, in advance. It is now June and theres no furniture but a verbal disclaimer that they had noted on the paperwork that the furniture would be delivered on 6/15 or two weeks later. This was NEVER said to me at time of purchase and I was stupid enough to sign the paperwork without all the information in front of me. I have called them for three weeks and they cant give me a definite date. This company is awful, they have one poor receptionist taking all calls and complaints and, after 3 weeks, I finally got to a manager who could only say that she does not have a definite date either and that shes waiting to hear from the factory. Terrible, terrible service....you pay top dollar to a company that underhandedly covers information to get your money. Three weeks past the promised delivery time and no firm delivery date yet. Never again!

We purchased a Queen Sofa Bed (Model 051461) with Cover (D845880) We have owned the sofa just over 6 years now, and it shows terrible wear. The upholstery has never looked clean since within a year of the purchase (it was an ice blue print, which discolored a dingy off white/beige within a year) We have had it cleaned professionally 3 times, and there is no explanation for the discoloration-we live in a smoke-free home with only one pet, who never jumps up on the sofa. In the past twelve months, the upholstery has begun to fray, and the plastic piping of the cushions has poked through the corners of each cushion. This sofa has only been subjected to normal use, and there is no reason I can see for it to deteriorate so quickly and visibly. I understand that a product does not last forever, but I would think that if I purchase a sofa for $1500.00+, I could count on it lasting a good 10 years in good repair.

Patrons be ware.. this location is not actually Lazboy, this is an independent retailer of Lazboy. What does this mean? If you have any problems they do not go through corporate Lazboy, this retailer is not even accountable to Lazboy. Dont be fooled into thinking you are buying a quality product backed by the Lazboy reputation when you shop here. I have been waiting for over 2 months to have my order fulfilled. They have attempted to deliver damaged furniture to me on two separate occasions now. After their policy of payment in full before delivery can be scheduled, Im now out my money and still dont have the furniture I paid for. I would recommend you purchase furniture off Craigslist before I recommend that anyone shops here. Do yourself a favor and dont waist your time and money on these scam artists. I cannot even get someone to call me back and update me.

I am very disappointed with the customer service at the East Setauket store. I purchased an electric fireplace (went to the store 3 times). The manager told me I would get it in 4 weeks (wink, wink, probably 3). Well 4 weeks came and went and nothing. I called and was told it hadnt shipped yet. I got a call from customer service telling me it had been discontinued. What!!? She told me I could purchase the floor sample at a discount, that I should go in and they could arrange delivery. An hour later I get another call - sorry the 1st call was a mistake. Wheres my furniture? I went to the store and got a lecture about bad weather and that I should understand that they had difficulty shipping. Then she told me I should get it by February 15! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT LAZY BOY AGAIN!!

Large showroom, filled to the brim with furniture and accessories. Weve purchased several items here. No complaints. La-Z-Boy recliners are very strong. The fabric coverings are thick and wear-resistant, the frames are made of hardwood, the reclining mechanisms are made of steel with friction adjustments (to allow intermediate positions), and they last a long, long time. It is not uncommon to finally dispose of one of their recliners because you just get tired of seeing it after 20 or more years, but not because it wears out!

Sales experience was fine but loveseat had have cushion replaced after year and now having issue with recliner and they want $80 just look at chair than have pay labor after..Havent had couches 3 years.. Would never purchase Lazy Boy again

A bit pricey but quality furniture made in the USA with a lifetime warranty. I would pay more for that.
