I had a very bad experience dealing with these store The customer service is very poor. You leave messages to the manager and he barely gets back to you. have a had a bad experience I called a couple of times trying to find the answer for my inquiry and they dont get back to me. I went to buy bathroom set that I had seen online for $300 less however since I needed it fast I ordered from that store. The order arrived a week later however the screws for the bed were missing. II notified the store immediately and they told me that they were going to order it for me. they got back to me and told me that the screws would get to me about three weeks later. I insisted that I needed the bed assembled sooner because I had family visiting. I made a couple of calls asking for a status and they never got to me I left about four messages to the manager Dave" ant talked to Jazmin but I have not heard from them yet. I still waiting for the screws And it is going to be a month since I ordered this set. I also asked if there is any refund for all The agrevation and they never got back to me. I finally had to pay somebody to get the special screws from Home Depot and assemble the bed because I needed it. I am still waiting for the screws!! no calls no messages to me not compensation for the aggravation I believe this is a very poor customer service and I deserve better than that especially if I am paying $300 more for this exact same item just to get it sooner. I will update the sleep you if I get something back or if my perception changes for any reason but for now zero*

The best customer service I have ever experienced. I was shopping for a whole house furniture and I visited most of the stores in Connecticut but I was not happy with the service, prices or the quality of the merchandise they have and I was reluctant to visit Ashly store in orange du to the rating it my wife advised me to visit it and it was the best advise. The e moment I walked into the store I felt comfortable and the salesman Approached me with a smile and courtesy, asked me if I need some help and didnt push me to buy. He explained the price and the quality with the at most professional service I was so impressed with them so much that I bought the whole house furniture from them and when the time came to discuss the price I was much more impressed with the price that I I bought the furniture I walked out with a big smile even though I walked in just to look the quality is wonderful the price is magnificent and the service is better than I ever Experienced with other furniture stores I highly recommend it to everybody to walk in and experience what I seen and felt.

I bought a chest drawer from them about a month ago that was advertised 20% off on their website. I went to the store to take a look, but it wasnt on display. But I talked to the sales guy, who looked it up and found it in their store systems, but it wasnt on discount there. He still took the 20% discount when I showed him the sale price on the website, so I was pleased with the transaction. Because they didnt have any in stock at the store, I had to go the their warehouse a few weeks later to pick up the shipment. The experience was very good; the warehouse staff even opened up the box so I could get a good look at the product to make sure it was free of defects before I left. I found it in excellent condition, and so I took it home and am quite satisfied. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because of the discrepancy with the prices in the computer system. It wasnt a big issue, but it seems like they should have better internal coordination about their sales and prices. However, if I could just take off half a star, I would give it 4.5 instead.

Absolutely horrible experience. I had ordered a couch and the delivery date was set for 1/7/17 anywhere from 10am-230pm. I had removed my old couch from my house in preparation for the new delivery couch. The guys who deliver didnt even knock on the door instead called the store and said nobodys responding. They called my girlfriends phone who was at work and had a wrong number down for my number. So I call the store and a very rude woman answers and is zero help. I call back and ask for the manager who gives me hope he will do something. I give him my number and say to call that number. He instead calls my girlfriends number....so I call back and am told "hes with a customer" and then a hour later "still with the customer" and corporate was zero help. All they did is give me the number to the store I bought from. Absolutely ZERO chance of coming back. As everyone else said.....STAY AWAY

Purchased a couch from the new Orange CT location and not 7 months later the couch broke. Called to utilize my warranty and I have never been through a more rude, unprofessional experience in my life. From yelling from a manager, to no call, no shows from the technicians who were supposed to fix it. My escalated issue with higher parties in the company involved still till this day 2-months later has no resolution and still a broken couch!! No promised phone call returns, lack of replied emails and even deliberately placed on hold for long extended periods of time just to avoid the issue! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Smile and offer you the world when you go to buy. A+ however, if service and/or warranty is to try to be exercised F- do yourself a favor and go to Walmart over Ashleys! Your much better off.

Worst retail experience ever!!! We purchased a $3000 leather sectional. First, we were told the sectional was in stock and would be notified to set up delivery. A week passed, no calls, so we called to question the notification for delivery. That call prompted a delivery date. Second, the sectional arrived about 2 weeks later with flaws in the manufacturing. We noted the flaws on the delivery ticket, and the delivery company submitted photos of the flaws. Almost 3 months have passed, approximately a dozen phone calls for service, and no one has been to our home to repair our sectional. A service appointment was finally made for Friday 8/4 and no one showed. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.....BUYER BEWARE....ASHLEY FURNITURE OUTSOURCES THEIR REPAIR WORK!!!!!!!

When I walked in the door, I was greeted by a warm friendly face who smiled and asked me how I was doing. What a pleasant difference some of the other furniture stores Ive been to! The interior aesthetic of your store is lovely! There was a great amount of furnishings to choose from . I was also surprised to see the mattresses that were offered in the store and what quality was offered. I had a lovely sales person show me some tabletops and dining room sets. She was very pleasant my experience was not one that was pushy or awkward, in fact; it was quite the opposite! Although I did end up purchasing something else this trip, I will sure to be to come back for the dining set myself as well as tell my friends and family about it.
