The price was good but holy cow was the service awful. Had to contact them just to find out if my delivery was coming. They never called to confirm or even schedule delivery. They never gave a window for delivery and every time I called they said "about an hour" they strung me along for seven and a half hours waiting for delivery. They NEVER returned calls as promised and they didnt care to make things right. They charged us in full upfront and only after our payment was approved, then they told us one piece was out of stock and would be a two week wait. The customer service was awful and they tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong yet they did nothing proactive and continued to waste my time telling me to wait that the driver would be there within the hour. I would not recommend this place to anyone they were so unprofessional and didnt seem to care about the customer who spent a substantial amount of money in their store. Never have I gone anywhere with less business sense or as bad of customer service.

Very poor customer service. I went into the store and every one seemed friendly and ready to help. Even said they would price match. Bought a sectional sleeper sofa and was told it would be in in 7-10 days but should be sooner probably 3-5. Now 2 weeks later and NO phone call from the store, I call to see where my couch is and am told by some worker that it is on backorder and has been for a few weeks. Ok, why wasnt I told this when I ordered it and paid in full for it. I ask to speak to the manager and hes too busy to speak with me and has the worker say sorry he was too busy with store construction when we bought it that he should have checked. He was too concerned aboyt making a sale he doesnt care about the customer. He cant even get on the phone with me!!! Your system should say that its on backorder when a order is placed. Im not an idiot!!! Will NEVER be back to this store or recommend it to anyone. You just lost yourself A LOT of money!!!!!

Bought a living room sofa set a week from there. The one we gotten from Bobs furniture was total crap. Didnt even latest two years. With L.I. discount furniture the material was great. The staff was great and patience with us. I thought on the day I received my furniture I had the wrong order and called about it. The owner himself call me within less then 5 mins said he will contact the warehouse, on his day off. In about 3 mins got a called back from them explain how my recliner sofa works, handles inside, not on the side, oops lol, n work like it should of. Happy to see want to make sure Im 100% satisfied with my order n definitely was by how they treated my concerns. Definitely would recommend them for everything. True to their words of price n quality. Thank you guys. Def be back for more.

I bought a sofa at the store and paid upfront on credit to have it delivered in a week to my new house purchase. I asked about the return policy and salesman said you can cancel the sale before we deliver it. So i shopped around and found a different sofa, I went to cancel my purchase 4 days before delivery and was told I had to pay a $250 restocking fee. I should of read the small print on the contract, I trusted the salesman and I got burned. I wanted a different sofa because I found out it wont fit well in the new house, luckily I had someone I knew who would buy it from me instead of losing out $250.

VERY BAD COMPANY DEALINGS!!!!! They said they are financing without credit and in turn they are leasing the furniture, WHO GO OUT LEASING FURNITURE!!!!!! You will end up paying 3-4 times with the sale price is, they are very shady with their business. I was told I am getting finance through crest financial turns out I got a lease when I question it they sales person claim he is the store manager " Lochin" said it looks like a lease, but it is financing they use the same paper work. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!

We went to purchase two bedroom arts and a living room set. Francisco greeted us as soon as we walked in. He didnt hover like all other furniture stores. He just greeted. He walked with us once he saw we really did want to buy. He listened to what we wanted and gave us his opinion as well. He answered all our questions and gave us valuable input. The delivery was prompt, and they came just when they said they would. Both were knowledgeable about what they were doing and brought the furniture in quickly and without a hassle, despite my having many stairs and a narrow entry way. Everything was set up with ease and all garbage was removed. They definitely did an awesome job for me!

Should attend customers. They should listen what customer wants, not just try to sell whatever they have. Havent seen that many customers to go in but they are doing business. They charge for delivery. If you drive one more minutes on middle country road going east you will get better furniture store. Btw, you can bargain.

Yes great prices,but slow delivery. It took 3 weeks to get my couch , but they told me two weeks that we had to wait for another week because they had gotten the wrong order. What a mess but we are happy that we saved over $250 . They were the cheapest store around. I recommend that you shop your furniture there .

FRANCISCO was very helpful and informative he answered all my question promptly .i reccomend this place ,ask for Francisco To add to this purchase . The delivery was on time and the men set up was quick ... they also was very polite .

The furniture was amazing!! Great quality and prices. Lochan was very helpful in finding us the perfect set for our home and was so polite.The two delivery guys were so nice and very efficient. They were helpful quick and careful that everything was perfect. Would totally recommend to everyone.

They gave a call hours in advance and confirmed with me that they were delivering. The two gentlemen were quick putting the bed frame together and it looks wonderful on the side of the room it was placed. I messed up the measurements for the original spot. Im happy for the new storage bed.
