Please dont let anyone tell you that you feel wrong about your new mattress. If you feel that it is not the same mattress, most likely it is defected from the manufacturer. I recently bought a new Tempedic bed at this location and the manager was trying to tell me that I had chose the wrong bed after several complaints. I had to come back four times to make things happen! Weve made appointments to have their technician come out for us twice. Every appointment, it takes at least two weeks for them to come out. The most shocking thing was their method of testing customers complaints every time was by taking pictures. Its ridiculous! Pictures will not do justice! Anyhow to make things at least sounds better was at the end, I was able to get an even exchanged with the same mattress without paying a thing. It really fixed my problem. P.S Beware of the super manager (lebron??)at this location. He does not know a thing about his furnitures; MOST likely the mattress. He will try to out talk to you about your defected bed. 1st Reason: your house temperature will make your bed feel that way; 2nd Reason: if you exchanged your bed, you will have the same problem because its the same bed in the same room with same temp (hes wrong because my temperature is somewhat like in stores, the new bed im HAPPY); 3rd REASON: He will try to upsell to you,so you woul dhave to pay more . Becareful buyers!

I would give a 0 star game if I had the option!!! I am not a person who complains but what this Location put me through I felt the need I should share my experience. We ordered a dinning table yesterday and it was supposed to be for pick up in store today, all paid and set! We called the store at around 1:00pm to confirm if our table is in so we can pick it up. Their reapsonse was "No, it didnt make it on the truck, it will be here Tuesday". When we told them we needed the table for today thats why we order it for pick up and not delivery, the option was, come pick up the floor model and we will give you $40 off ur original price. If I wanted the floor model I would do that at the beginning, I ordered my table new in a box and you promised to have it for me today. When I asked them can they deliver it to me Tuesday at their own cost, the managers response was "I give $50 for delivery and your table is $180, nothing will be left for profit if we gave $50 for delivery. Seriously? You worry about your profit but not concerned what your customer has to go through? I have shopped at R&F before, but this is the first location that lacks customer service!! Better the management before you lose more customers!!

My wife and I purchased a king sized bed, mattress, and a separate office desk. The staff was helpful and let us take our time looking at the merchandise. When we were concerned about the price of the mattress, the sales associate went online to see if anything was cheaper elsewhere. They delivered everything on time and without difficulty. I would recommend, even if its just to shop around.

Purchased the Artemis II Sectional the week they had their Friends & Family Sale. The couch is very comfortable and will hopefully last a good 3-4 years. I give it 5 stars because of the service. Ask for Debbie if you happen to find yourself here. She was extremely helpful and honest.

Agree with previous comment. Bad customer service when your very expensive couch breaks because of very bad crap pine wood bracing. Was told furniture just wasnt made the same anymore. Long wait period for inspection, pickup, repairs, and returns.

Although I did not find a piece of furniture that suited my needs style wise ( im very particular ) in my budget the salesman Jermy was very helpful and knowledgeable and I would shop this store again the next time I am furniture shopping.
