We purchased a bedroom and living room set from main furniture. The people we extremly friendly and the pricing was great. However it has been a nightmare ever since. We were told that we would have our sets the following weekend the day before our delivery was coming they called and said its not it and rescheduled it for the following week. Now i had already moved all of my old furniture out and had clothes in boxes. The following week comes once again the night before they call oh we only have partial of your order we will have everything next week. They came in and put in my dressers and night stands. Now today we are scheduled to have our stuff delivered at 4PM my husband told them last week it has to be by 4 because he has a meeting and im at work and I called them this morning and told them again it has to be by 4 because he has a meeting ok no problem needless to say 4pm came and went we called at 430 to find out they decided they werent coming until after 6PM now my husband it extremley late for a meeting and we are both furious with the service we received. I doubt i will ever purchase anything from this store again!

I am so beyond disgusted with this company. I bought a $2,000 bedroom set over a month ago, and still have not received it. They said delivery time was 2-3 weeks, and we are now on week 5. I called at least twice a week since the end of week 3, and they have told me "tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow." Then nothing ever shows up. They said they were waiting on one of the bed pieces to come in, so they wouldnt deliver until everything was there. I finally told them if they dont bring my furniture by 3pm today, I was canceling the order. So they brought the mattress and frame only. When I called angry, I said they were liars and they told me Im disrespecting them for calling them liars, and they are going to refuse to help me. They refused to let me talk to the owner as well. Every time I talk to them, they have different stories. I am canceling my order and refusing the set if they try to ship it to me.

First of all I will let everyone know this MAIN FURNITURE is closed down but it is under new ownership. It is the store owners DO NOT BUT ANY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE. I got screwed by them I ordered my kids bedroom set waited for 8 weeks. The keep telling me it will be coming tomorrow but it never came. The leased ran out and never received my furniture still waiting for my money. UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP MAIN STREET FURNITURE DO NOT BUY FURNITURE IN THIS STORE.THEY ARE LIARS.

I have just bought my 3rd bed from Main furniture I had gotten one for each of my kids last year and we just got a King Size for ourselves. They took the time to make sure we were happy with our selection we got prompt delivery they took the old mattress away and they took care of my home like it was theirs when they brought it in. The price was right I can not say enough will be going back to look at new couches this summer
