The drive through/mobile order is obviously too much for them to handle with a regular crowd coming in. One girl behind the counter was extremely loud and obnoxious and needed to stop talking and just take orders or help. Theyre obviously not used to lines. A woman came in and jumped behind the counter in normal clothes to help them, Im guessing she works there and was off. Turned into a half hour stop for 2 frappachinos. I do have to say the people behind the counter minus the loud mouth were working their butts off. Maybe they need more direction. Ive been to other Starbucks with less people working and it moved faster. Drinks were good.

The drive through was so slow, I left without my order. I came into the drive through 6th in line, placed my order at the speaker with a friendly member of the staff then waited 15 minutes before arriving at the window. I could see my order through the glass, and the hustle and bustle inside. But no one came to the window or acknowledged me for 5 additional minutes. I decided that cool coffee and a now cold breakfast sandwich was not reason enough to be late to work, so I left without my order. My apologies to the other 10 people in the drive through, I hope my decision did not make receiving your order any lengthier.

Having worked as a manager of a Starbucks in another life, Im kind of a snob in regard to judging how well a store embodies the company culture. Hands down, the best staff and store Ive experienced in the country. Super friendly to locals and new faces alike, drinks prepared to perfection, pastries tended to like clockwork. I sincerely hope theyre receiving recognition from corporate for the amazing job theyre doing in delivering THE Starbucks culture to the east coast!

The service was good and the hot chocolate and cookies were fine. The environment was a little off though. It was too cold and the music was too loud. By the way, Im naturally warm so if I find a room cold then you can bet that the thermostat was set too low for the average person.

If your looking for coffee in the morning plan for a couple extra minutes but all in all a really cool place. It has community and personal seating and a huge selection of specialty drinks snacks and coffee.

I travel Southern New England for work and frequent Starbuck locations. By far this is one of the slowest Starbucks and has the longest wait times. Same quality just be prepared to stand there for a while

Slow, slow, slow. I typically spend 15 minutes in the drive through line. Theyre either perpetually under-staffed, or not well-trained. My son calls it "the Slowbucks," and hes 8.

This location is always extremely slow. Drive through service takes a long time even when there is not a line. Shaken drinks are often just put into cups without being shaken first.
