My pit stop between Boston and New York. This Starbucks is clean amd friendly, centrally located next to Route 1 and the Chamber of Commerce in Old Saybrook. Its open until 9:30pm every night except Sundays, so it is available as a pit stop when I drive to and from Boston from New York City. I think Ive been making it my halfway stop for 12 years now. A fine Connecticut Starbucks. It even has outdoor seating and easy access to both Route 1 and Main Street form the parking lot.

Nothing too much different from other Starbucks- it is convenient, but not if you want to get off the highway and grab a quick cup. Of course it has the same coffee, deserts and prices. Parking can be a little bit of a hassle, especially during the summer, but there’s a side parking lot which can be easily overlooked. Also, there’s no drive-thru, and beware of the longish lines.

I have been to a number of Starbucks around the country from San Francisco to Boston and I would say that this is my favorite. Incredibly nice employees who know what they are doing. If you have not tried this one already and you are in the area I strongly recommend it.

Lovely Starbucks, right next to a health food shop, perfect for nipping in and getting a gluten-free bite to eat... (or just about Anything free!) Nice tables outside in the summer, usually at least one free table inside in the winter.

This Starbucks is awesome, it has a really friendly staff of great people. They remember your name and drink and always talk to you. The store is always clean and if you use mobile order your in and with no waiting in line.

One of my favorite Starbucks before the beach or the night after going out. The lines can get long so make sure to order from the mobile app ahead of time.
