I am absolutely thrilled to have switched from Dunkin to Starbucks. Sure, Starbucks may be a smidge more pricey, but its definitely worth it in my opinion. At various Dunkins in CT, Ive experienced a detached & generally cold employee, others have gotten my bagel wrong 3 times, etc. NEVER AT STARBUCKS THOUGH! Ive only received one item that was wrong but I shouldve specified (so I took it anyway cause it still looked yummy. ;3). These folks here...holy guacamole theyre so FRIENDLY! They always get my order right & one time, when they ran out of the things Id requested, they gave me the drink for free & the food discounted. I think thats incredibly amazing customer service & their drinks etc. are so delicious! Five stars!

Busy, but not chaotic. Plays great music at a reasonable volume. Staff is friendly and helpful. Space is comfortable, though not always spotless. (I dont mind a bit of mess.) I come here to work on paperwork for my job and I find the environment conducive to getting work completed. There are lots of places to plug in charging cables and the WIFI is seamless. The people to come here are friendly and reasonable. Love it here.

Morning shift doesnt pay attention to mobile orders. Put in my order about 8 minutes before I got there and it still wasnt ready with other mobile orders ahead of me no one in drive thu and only one couple in the lobby there was absolutely no reason for it. I also had to leave for work without coffee because there was no way it would be ready in time.

I love this Starbucks location!! All the staff is amazing and knows how i love my drinks!!! Dani, TyTy, Chey, Zach are the absolute best at making my day because of there excellent service and drinks!!! Thanks everyone and im sorry for whoever i forgot to mention!!

First visit here in the drive through. Staff was polite, service was quick, and I could swear there was no espresso whatsoever in my latte. It was a cup of milk foam, basically.

Its Starbucks, pretty consistent wherever you go. This location gets absolutely jammed in the mornings, so expect a wait.
