This is my first time in Easthampton. Im in town visiting a friend, well, she doesnt get off work this Christmas eve until 1pm so I went for a little walk, book in hand, looming for a nice quiet and relaxing place to read and relax. I found Shelbourne Falls Coffee Roasters. You walk in and it feels like youve stepped into an old friends living room. The staff was friendly, made my triple soy latte quickly and with a smile. I walked to the back to find a few more couches in a nice quiet and warmly lit room in which to relax. As I sipped my drink and read my book I looked around to notice the wifi password written on a chalkboard. Excellent. I used the restroom and found it quite clean. It seems that the staff knew a handful of the customers by name lending credit to this inviting small town establishment. I travel a lot and visit many coffee houses and this rates very high among the rest. It being a local roaster gets it a few extra points as I always try to stay away from national chains. Cheers.

This used to be a comfy place to enjoy your breakfast sandwiches, teas coffee,etc. When I went in yesterday with my family we were terribly disappointed! There were no more comfy chairs, or sofas with coffee tables! What is going on??!!! Its lost its beauty! My iced tea was watered down ( BEFORE) the ice. You could see the watery pink not bright pink prior to them pouring! There are now all cheap looking tables with no atmosphere! The one sofa in the back area looks like its on its way out! Many complaints have been made. The workers hands seem tied. Its now chincy corporate not a place youd want to sit and chill with friends and family! What a shame, it was such a nice place! We will not be frequenting here anymore. This town it known for artsy and creative...throwing up some cheap tables and chairs shows no creativity!

You can get a descent cup of coffee here. The baked goods are okay, but youre better off getting something from Small Oven just up the street. I enjoyed their iced lemon cake, I think. Im not much for flavored coffee, so I only ever get their brewed columbian. Its pretty good. There are many places to sit. They have a bunch of couches and stuffed chairs that dont feel like the cleanest things to sit on. It doesnt feel charming so much as thrifty. Anyway, its an okay place to get some work done.

Discovered I dont like French roast but not because they do it wrong, more likely because they do it right. Nice to be able to sit on a comfy couch. Terrible music playing. Thank god for fee WiFi and headphones.

The coffee and tea selections are delicious. The pastries are yummy . Its a nice cozy atmosphere where its just a comfortable to work on your computer as it is to enjoy meeting up with friends! We love it!

Good breakfast sandwiches! I got there at 8:30 AM on a Sunday and they were out of sesame seed bagels, and tomatoes. Fast service, and good sandwich though. They had a lot of Coffee choices.

I love that I can take my dog for a walk, stop in and grab a coffee and a sandwich and bring him with me! It makes life so much easier and more pleasant. Staff is great and very inviting!

Not much for baked goods but you go there for coffee. Coconut coffee if my favorite. Also fairly cheap per pound bags. I just wish you knew when it was roasted.

Shelburne sells the best coffee in the area, in my opinion. And they have the best pastries - a bit pricey, but then again the ingredients are top-notch.
