My review is based on comparing to other equivalent/similar options. Price Chopper falls below Stop and Shop, or Big Y. First, their produce department is depressing. Very little variety of choices and it is common to just NOT find what you need. My last visit, they had no red cabbage. Ive also come up short in the past for Jalapeños. When I compare this one section of the store to the other 2 mentioned above, there is no comparison. The other stores produce sections are actually inspirational. Selection of meat is limited/non existant if you care about the living/dying conditions of the animal. Stop and shop carries Bell and Evans poultry, and some other brands of meat that adhere to some higher standards. This store is conveniently located. Carries a lot of food. But it does not compare to the other options it there that require a bit more travel.

Service is average. Prices used to be fairly cheap years ago, but now is higher than average, but sales can be interesting. Many BOGO sales. Store used to be a lot cleaner looking, and even had an artificle tree in its produce section. Its been removed, and the floor is just plain painted concrete. Bakery is poor. There are times I find bugs flying around in its case of doughnuts. Store manager presence is absent. Dont think Ive ever seen him. Sales seems to be mostly the same thing. Best positive of the place is the seafood department, the deli, and its great selection of prepared foods.

Great place to do your weekly shopping. Between the savings card, the store coupons and newspaper coupons you can bring your total price way down and all the while as you are spending money there they offer gas point reward program, which BTW do not expire like some other stores.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! It really is a great place to shop. Its super organized, clean, and easy to navigate. All of the employees I have encountered have been incredibly helpful and pleasant.

Really nothing to complain about. Theyre open late, everything is affordable, and having a Pricechopper card gets you extra discounts and gas savings at a nearby gas station.
