I would like to say that ENFIELD Michaels is the best!! They have an awesome manager named Rich! And seriously hes the best! Every time I go thats like every other day, hes always there to help with what I need or want from the store! Before I started driving all the way to enfield I used to go to MANCHESTER Michaels and I would like to say that none of the employees know what theyre talking about!! They dont even know about the sales that are going on in the store... They always give me a hard time. Manager is very rude so are the staff I recommend all my DIY lovers to please visit ENFIELD Michaels and trust me you will love it there!! Manchester Michaels you guys Suck... you dont even know that your mason jars are on sale for $1 and they are a everyday value. You lost your sale. Therefore enfield saved my life and I purchased 50 jars from them the other day and also a cricut machine with accessories!

My coworker and I went to Michaels a few weeks ago to pick up supplies for a work project. I called in to see if they had enough supplies for our project and Andrew answered the phone. He was great. He grabbed our supplies to put on hold for us and then called around to other Michaels to see if our items were in stock elsewhere and asked the Michaels staff there to put the items on hold as well. He was so helpful and went above and beyond in assisting us. This gentleman deserves a raise in my book.

not great. Michaels has always been overpriced last option if you really need something in a pinch. No one around at registers. Most employees on floor trying to do closing tasks instead of helping customers so they can get out early. The manager was not into helping you. Signage misplaced at register, line chaos. Im going to try and not use Michaels anymore.

I like it a little better than A.C. Moore if only for product quality and being as organized as it can be. Things are labeled and employees are much more adept at finding things, which is made impressive with a store of this size. It may be a bit pricier for some things, but there are good discounts too.

The staff at this store seems to be way more helpful than other associates Ive encountered at other locations. They have a great floral section and always have great discounts and coupons. Would definitely recommend!
