Horrible. I used my debit card at the store then had to void out my transaction and redo the transaction to remove a few items that were not needed. For the second transaction i used cash. After that transaction was done i asked what is going to happen with the first transaction and how do i get the money back i put on my card. Two cashiers could not answer me and both said because they voided it out it would not go through. I also asked for a copy of the voided receipt and they said i cannot get one. They pretty much said not to worry. To this day the money has still not been put back into my acct and know i have no proof of this transaction. Will never go to the store again or shop at michaels.

I dont normally go to craft stores, but I needed some things only available at a store like this. To their credit Michaels had everything I needed. They have a great selection, but the experience is a little drab. Michaels reminds me of being in a Kmart in 1996 but with more fake flowers. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed, likely due to holiday rush. Also, I tried to connect to a "guest wifi" and my phone warned me that it may not be run by Michaels...so watch out for that.

Get staff, great product selection. Very easy to navigate and very knowledgeable staff. Even with it being so close to the holidays and chaotic as ever, they are still helpful and very patient and treat everyone with the same happy smile! Also, very fast with the check out even with a line going out to the next few rows!

Best place Ive found for painting supplies in the area. Ive also noticed theres a good sampling of floral decor, scrapbook tools, and knitting/crochet. If sewing or wood working is your thing go to JoAnns for sewing and a proper hardware store for the wood working. If craft baking is your thing try Party City.

This is my Michaels of choice they always have alot of variety and helpful staff to find all the crafty supplies Im looking for. Michaels is my favorite craft store, I signed up for the rewards program and have been getting great coupons in my email.

A pretty good inventory, but hard to navigate if youre not an experienced crafting shopper. Only 3 stars because I wasnt able to find a number of items I was looking for, and also because browsing the place felt depressing. Maybe its the lighting?

I mean, their selection is amazing and sometimes I have to come here to find specific art supplies. The prices are a joke though. Like for instance, buying a bottle of spray paint and glitter here is like $25 while at Walmart its half($12.50).

Decent selection of arts and crafts. Poor organization throughout. Once you know where everything is, youll probably be alright, but even the staff seem to struggle with finding items.

Dont like all the stipulations on their coupons that make them hard to use...it is very frustrating and makes me give up on shopping their but I use to love shopping.
