Horrible customer service! I ended up having to walk out without purchasing the items I went in for. Only saw one person working (very slowly). I waited at the register for her to finish cutting fabric for another customer. As I was waiting a line started to form behind me. Then another customer walked up behind the woman that she was cutting fabric for. Instead of helping the customers that were waiting at the register she continued to help the customer that came afterwards. She never called for help from another associate. What look like a manager came over to answer the phone and still did not help the customers waiting in line. I only ran into grab some acrylic paint for a project I had to complete tonight but I was in a rush I could not wait more than the 15 minutes I had already been sitting there. I will not recommend that location to anyone else nor will I be shopping there again.

Poor customer service, disorganized and messy. Went in looking for several party items and couldnt find anything. Asked the manager for help and she murmured something and walked away. I spent about an hour looking in the direction shed mentioned but gave up, going down the road to AC Moore or Hobby Lobby instead.

Love it here!! I love the HUGE selection of fabrics.they have basically everything and everything to meet your craft needs. I just did not see anybody helping out in the isles. Nobody was there to greet us,but that was ok.i didnt want anyone to bug is anyway. Highly recommend to try going there

Worst fabric store. The employees are rude, the fabrics are dis organized, and the store its self is a bit dirty. Just go to Osgoods Textiles a short drive away.
