Game stop sold me a used xbox and I bought it for my brother for Christmas. He opened it and wanted to play it and it didnt work at all. We then went back the next day to exchange it and waited 45 minutesin line in the same understaffed store. I heard the manager upset with an employee who was in front of me telling him he should have come to work that day since they called him yesterday to let him know. So clearly management isnt on top of things either with schedules. I then brought the new system home and the new one had the wrong cord in it. I was incredibly irritated with the fact that the employees dont check the systems and Im wasting my time driving back and forth trying to make up for their incompetence.

I asked the girl with blond hair I was selling my 2DS and I had to have the charger and the code on the back and I did not have the code so I was not able to sell it, but the girl was trying so hard to get me to buy and extra charger there when i was like 5 mins away she repeatedly keeps asking me to buy it and I decline every single time and she did not even mention about the code, so I go in the next day with the charger and this VERY NICE LADY says "oh sorry, you need the code on the back" and I just sold it on Amazon from there.... I think they just are to focused on getting you to spend your money, I suggest the tolland gamestop, very organized and nice at the other one in tolland.

Ive been to this location a few times and its a hit or miss with it. Some of the reps are cool but a few of the others are just a-holes. Today was the last time Ill walk into this GameStop.

Standing in line for over 30 minutes. Staff doesnt seem to care to expedite customer service. 2 people at the register, one just putting around the store. There are 12 customers in line.
