They need to be more specific and detailed, they gave me misleading information and made me drive a little over 45 minutes to waste my time and tell me they cant accept some items I had to trade in, when over the phone they told me to come by and bring my stuff in. Bad customer service

Love going here. Easy to buy or sell retro games and MtG cards, and the staff is super chill and helpful. The owner of the store remembers regular customers and is great about keeping an eye out for items customers look for. Awesome shop.
