I recently brought a game here, I pointed out to the employee that they where charging about twice what its going for on Ebay and I was told they dont match online prices. I decided to buy the game and when I got home I found out the game would not work. I went to return the game and they refused to refund the money. Even thou when the sale was made I was told it had a "30 day" warranty which I guess at Video Game castle means "Clean the Disk". They tried the game at their back room and the lady told me It didnt work yet they refused to give me a full refund. Save yourself the money and aggravation and go to Game Stop or Stateline Games

My Fiancé and I are big nerds and love all things gaming. We couldnt praise this place enough. We only shop for our video games and table top games here. Ralph, the owner is a sweet guy and Ron and Dick are cool too. Along with the help of Ralphs wife and daughter youll get all the help you need! They also host table top games and stuff here too! Dont go to game stop, come to video games castle youll love it! Maybe stop across the street at Munich haus for lunch ;)

The ppl who rated lower than 3 stars probably gave the people working there trouble.... Also, sometimes they are really busy and if it was easy to fix a console youd fix It yourself. Dont complain when it takes them a week to do what it would take you months to get right and likely also ruin the console forever from not having the right tools. They are great at there jobs as long as you give them the respect as salesman that you want as a customer.

I was so excited when my friend reccomended videogame castle to repair my broken ps3. Sadly i had to go back and forth 4 times in 7 days because they never fixed it properly. Called me to pick it up then when id get home still wouldnt work. Finally after four tries they got it. Now im havin the same issues with my ylod. Told me its fixed, two days later i try it out and my brand new game is stuck inside systems overheated. Fail

Overall, VGC is a great place to buy games. Their selection is huge and prices are very reasonable. Though their stock is comprised of mostly used games, every game is guaranteed to work. Trades here are also worth a lot more than at GameStop. The only complaint I have is that the store is wicked cluttered with not much organization. Other than that, its a great store with a nice work staff.

Always my go to store when looking for rare games, for example Bayonetta 2 has gone out of print and has become nearly impossible to find at any local gamestop or bestbuy right now. But low and behold when i went there they had a copy brand new so i picked it up with out hesitation. Love this place and i always consider going here first before any chain retailer!

We love video game castle. Its not close for us, but we make the trip as they stock all the oldies but goodies. This is a store that is needed since Gamestop stopped stocking these classic games. I cant believe that anyone bashed them as they are very nice, helpful and have reasonable priced. We have never been disappointed walking into the store.

I just bought a Nintendo 3DS today for my daughter. I brought it home and it didnt work. Brought back a few hours later and he gladly switched it for me. Everytime i go in to vgc they are so friendly. Do whatever they can to help. Great place to go for games of all kinds. Its like a place out of history lol 10 stars!!!!!

This store is run by a classic comic book store guy (see simpsons) but he does know his stuff mostly. A very large selection of items, but fairly static inventory from what I’ve seen. If you’re looking for anything specific you have to ask, because he has tons of items tucked away in his chaotic back area. - Heyricochet

If you are going here for classic games: know what you want - they will know it even by a vague description "That Genesys Game Where you blow the arms off robots" ~blam, he knew it and had it. Browse if you like, but for every 1 copy you see in the front there are many more in the back.

Poor customer service, often wont answer phone, doesnt update prices often so many are priced too high and they willingly accept stolen merchandise. They also have several under the table employees and treat them poorly as well.

Have been going here for years. If you like old games...they have it. If you want new games...they have it. If you want magic cards or any game related items...they have it. All at the best prices you will find.
