My husband and I (true blue gamers and game/console collectors) truly want to like this store. They do have an impressive selection of game titles but they also have a lot of games that are in poor condition or with light damage (severely faded covers). The store is small, very grungy and very dirty atmosphere. Nothing is priced and they claim (upon asking) to price by Gamestops prices, they said that they try to go a little less . Of course upon further inspection and several visits, we found that to be a complete lie. My husband and I caught them lying to us more than once, fabricating prices for games inquired about. And we asked why would they put a 20% increase instead of a lower price like previously told. They refused to answer and chose to ignore us instead. Business will not be done here again and will never be recommended to anyone on my or my husbands end, ever. If the right people own that business? It would be such an amazing experience but unfortunately with the current employees and ownership? Youre best to take your business elsewhere

I want to like the store. I really do. Their selection is impressive, and they have a ton of great vintage stuff. The problem, however, is that there are NO PRICES on ANY of the games. That means that every time you see something that you might be interested in, you have to ask one of the bored (and, occasionally, surly) employees how much it costs. THEN, if they dont ignore you, the employee LOOKS UP THE PRICE ON THE INTERNET. Seriously. You pay eBay/Amazon prices, with NO discount. Plus they dont take into account the often grimy and sun-damaged condition of their product. The place is a dump - there is dust and dirt everywhere, and the games all look like they have been abused by your least favorite cousin. So save your time, and just try to snag a good deal online, because there are no deals to be had here.

I own over 350 PS1 games in which none of them are from this store. The guy I dealt with had a huge selection of titles I didnt own and actually wanted but when I asked for prices he looked on eBay (not sold) and amazon and told me a $25 game was worth $100 (he said he saw it on amazon) while I had a current price guide right in front of me. I tried 3 different games and can get better deals hunting on EBay... so Ill continue hunting elsewhere. A shame because if he was reasonable I would have bought upwards of 10-20 games. Id suggest closing up shop and selling on eBay

they dont always tell you everything and that may make people mad they raise the price and sell you a game. they can sell old game and they dont want it back from you when you come in the next day and return it.they have good games but not always as you think there not a great place all the time. they should let you try the game to see if you will like to buy it or if it works. also they need a bigger business and lower the price on the games to get more costmores and be more proffesional.

I love retro games, but everything is so crammed in here and dusty looking. Staff is somewhat helpful once you ask them something directly but will ignore you otherwise. They buy/sell by current asking prices online, which I can understand. First time I went in, I was unable to look at the snes games because 3 of the employees were eating their lunch on the display case.

Good customer service excellent prices. Asians and black kid and white dude are cool. Only problem i have is when the white guy girlfriend is there. Theyre always rubbing and touching each other. Honestly WHO WANTS TO SEE THAT. I cant go into a game store to shop with my kids without seeing that. SERIOUSLY????

Went here a few months ago and the nes prices were great. Bought a ton of games. Drove back today and they are way overpriced. Several people in the store asking how much and putting a lot of sales back......too bad it was a cool place. They lost a couple hundred in sales today and a customer.

A good local business; they are knowledgeable and friendly. They have games for every system which is great. They give way more in trade in value then game stop. The store itself is tiny so if a lot of people are shopping it can get over crowded, parking can be a hit or miss also.

its a good store, but the employees act unprofessional alot and when you pop on, they may be shooting at the door with nerf guns or on a DS. But i get it that it be bored in there but the employees need to act more professional

the games that they have there are true to there price. Like pokemon games for gameboy color or any gameboy cost only $10.00 . Pokemon gold , yellow , silver , blue , red , and etc...........
