I live very close to this store and go there everyone once and a while for some of my game purchases. Love there employees everyone is really cool always willing to help me or my friends out weather its checking it they have a game in stock or looking up details on pre orders. Overall the service has always been great and i often look forward to going back and picking up or pre ordering a new game when ever i find one i like.

Called the Westfield picked up on the first ring. Have been calling the Chicopee store for over half an hour and no one seems to be able to answer a phone. Terrible customer service, gonna have my local store get it shipped from them because I refuse to even go there now

Theres always a man that wears a game theme hat and is always giving me attitude. When I walk in, he is always staring at me, and when im ready to buy something or when I ask him a question he always roll his eyes, and talk in an attitudes way.

Overpriced and bad service. Pre-ordering also doesnt mean that you will get your item first. They often run out and you will wait until their next shipment.
